What if Damien Died? Short #5

Hello before I start this story I just wanted to say this story is about my Ocs you won't know a lot about this, but if you get confused I will put small notes at the bottom. (It only applies to my Ocs story tho.)

I walked down the stairs of our apartment looking for my fiance.

"Tyler, where is Damien" He looked up at me from the couch where he was

laying. "Job, he and Caleb went," he said. "What type of mission?" I asked, "One that involves killing" " he then closed his eyes. "Oh, what about Buf-" he cut me off "he's at school". "Ok, thanks for telling me" I walked to the kitchen and sat on a stool.

I picked at my fingers for a bit and then I realized, that the mission my fiance might have gone on was one that I knew of.

"TYLER, Does the Job involve angels by any chance?" He shot up and nodded. "He said it was downtown, and now that I think about it some angels were going to attack some demons there, he said he was going as back up." I jumped off the stool and ran out the front door, "Nathan am coming to" I heard the door slam.

I ran my adrenaline kicked in, I turned it to my angel form. The job Damien and Caleb might have gone on could be the one am thinking of but am not sure. We got to the building I summoned my sword, Tyler did the same. I pushed the door open and saw a lot of blood and bodies. I had no shoes on, But that didn't matter.

"Nathan someone over here is still alive, it's an angel" Tyler quietly shouted. I walked over, she was awake, barely alive though.

"What happened?" I asked her, "a-after we k-killed the demons s-some more showed up, it was only t-t-two we thought me could t-take them but we couldn't" she was slowly slipping. '"Where are they now?" she pointed to a door "They w-went in that room, three of the s-stronger angels are f-fight them" I stood up. "You get her out of here, I'll get Caleb and Damien" He nodded. I walked to the door and felt for there souls there were four in there, one must have died. I knocked the door down, Damien was covered in blood and Caleb was unconscious.

"Ha look at that demon you out of luck we have some backup," he said pointing his gun towards Damien. "Am not here to fight am here to stop you from fighting, so stop it!" I said, "Not until the demon Surrenders!" he said glaring at me. "no because I don't want my fiance to getting hurt" I walked toward the angel, "oh you're that angel, the one that fell in love with a demon" he pointed his gun towards me. "I should kill you right here then,"

I heard the gun click and a bang I closed my eye's. I then heard a thud I slowly opened my eyes, Damian had run in front of the bullet. And he had collapsed I ran over towards him, I rolled him over he was breathing. He brought his hand to my face, "Nathan I love you and I would do anything for yo-." His eyes had turned a light red and then I realized that I just lost him.

Once the realization hit me I lost control, and I let my power to control lighting run through me killing the angels and any angel that was in the area. I picked Damien up and got Caleb as well, I flew back to the apartment and went on the balcony. Caleb was awake when we got there and Tyler ran to him and hugged him. I fell to my knees and began to cry I cradle Damien's lifeless body; both Tyler and Caleb realized why I was crying.

It has been about three years since he's been gone. I still haven't got over it, my arms are covered in bandages from self-harming. I thought I wouldn't have to go thought this kind of pain ever. I loved him so much, but he's gone. Buffy learned about his death after he got home from school that day, his reaction had me crying even more. After his body turned from feathers to flowers, to butterflies, his soul was left which had his memories. I made sure to put his soul in my cross necklace, so I can remember him forever and however long I live. I don't think I'll ever find another Lover like him. I also haven't slept a lot I only felt safe when he was beside me, But when I do sleep it's when one of my friends knock me out.

"I Will Forever Love you, Damien"

1 Angel Bullets are faster to kill Demons because they have Poison which spreads throughout there body faster.

2 Angels all have special abilities but they have to be able to unlock them first, Nathan isn't the only one who has an ability, his was unlocked to be able to control Damien's Beast mode. (Damien's beast mode came to him when he wanted to protect Nathan forever).

3 When an angel dies angels turn them into feathers, and the feathers change from there, helper angels can do this or in other cases, more than one angel can do it. If a demon was killed by an angel and that angel is killed only grim can do it. Souls are collected by angels, for multiple reasons.

4 Demons do have souls but there are black and very pretty.
