Doraemon and friends finally went to the tenth floor. They smashed the door open. 'So... you have come...' The Cyborg said with a smile as his revolving chair turned around towards them. 'Listen kids, just pull that lever and everything will be back to normal!' the officer said 'That will turn off all the electricity so it won't be in HIS control anymore, after we defeat him, we will take control of it, but for this moment, it is better to have ti off rather than in HIS control!' All the others nodded their head. 'Well well, will anyone even be able to reach it?' The Cyborg said, standing up. His tentacles were even stronger this time. 'I have done an upgrade to my tentacles... They are heavier for you, lighter for me...' Suddenly some robots came in. The officer tried to stop them but suddenly the Cyborg's knocked the gadgets off his hands with his tentacles. 'What's the hurry, officer?' he said with a laugh. Suddenly his red eyes glowed. Before the officer knew it the laser got out of his laser eyes and hit him right in the chest. The officer was still not dead yet. 'OFFICER!' Doraemon yelled. He looked up at the Cyborg. 'Messing with the Time Patrol won't go easy on you!' he said with an angry look. 'And messing with me won't go easy on YOU!' The Cyborg cunningly replied 'HAHHAHA!' Before Doraemon or Dorami could heal the officer with the 22nd Century First Aid Kit the Cyborg tentacles pierced through his chest, lifting him up and finally throwing up out of the glass building. The glass got shattered as the officer was thrown out of it. 'NO!' Gian yelled 'YOU MONSTER!' 'Why are you even having pity for someone you just met?' the Cyborg asked 'You kids are so stupid...''We care about him so much... because... we are humans...' Nobita said, looking up to the Cyborg 'Humans care about each other... We are not robots like you and your army... Who don't have hearts... just a calculative brain... No feelings.... no emotions... just calculations...' The Cyborg laughed it off... 'Shut up with this speech...' he said with a laugh... Nobita looked up...
