Taehyung's POV

I was running as fast as I could. I was too tired to keep up. My legs were giving in.

Help! I thought.

Panting hard, I stopped.

I finally realized I was in a garden full of beautiful dark red roses.

They weren't actually red. They were black in the center. The devil's rose is what they called. The roses were very beautiful, and very tempting.

I wanted to touch one of them when someone stopped me, holding my wrist.

"Careful there, princess. They're poisonous," he stated.

"What do you want? " I asked bluntly.

"Nothing. Just a little visit wouldn't hurt, right? " he said as he plucked one of the roses.

"I thought they're poisonous," I said,

"Well, they are," he answered,

"But not for devils," he continued, slowly approaching me.

I took a step back, feared of what he might do.

"Don't be afraid princess," he said as he placed his cold hands on my cheek.

I shut my eyes tightly.

"You can open your eyes now, darling," he said.

I slowly opened my eyes and felt something on my right ear.

I grabbed it and saw that it was the rose.

"Why am I not affected? " I asked, curious.

He smirked, circling me.

He was now behind me, placing his chin on my shoulder and whispered into my ear, "That is because you're a devil like me, dear," he chuckled.

No...

NO...

I'm not a devil.

"You may think you are not but you are, dear," he said,

"You are a rare breed of angel and devil,"

No, I don't wanna hear this.

"Your mother was an angel and your father was a devil,"

What? My parents were not normal?

"It is rare that you were born cause most of them failed to give birth to a mixed breed,"

I'm a mixed breed?

He stopped and leaned closer, kissing my neck,

"You are half of both if them, which is why you are more powerful, you are stronger than all of us,"

No, please. Don't continue.

I felt as tears began to form in my eyes.

"You are known as THE fallen angel, Taehyung," he laughed.

"Or should I say, V?"
