❤Enjoy!~❤Izuku POV
"Goodnight, mom!" I waved to my mom before walking into my bedroom, after I was done brushing my teeth.
"Goodnight, Izuku! Sleep well!" She replied. I gave a quick you too and shut the door.
~🌙~
As I layed in my bed, my body slowly but surely falling asleep, I had this weird feeling.
Like, it wasn't bad, it was just..weird.
My whole body felt a bit tingly, especially my head.
I didn't think too much of it.
That morning, I woke up from a pretty good dream. I had a dream that Aizawa forgot his papers so we didn't have to do the big test I had forgotten to study for, and instead had a free day!
I wish that would happen!~🌙~
"Good Morning, class.." Aizawa walked into the classroom tiredly, as usual.
"Good morning, Aizawa-sensei!" The class said back in unison.
"Today we're taking a test. Clear your desks of everything besides a pencil and your study notes." Aizawa informed us.
A test?! I didn't even study! Oh geez I'm gonna fail!"Uh- where's the tests?! I could have sworn they were in my bag.." Aizawa mumbled to himself, digging through his folders and stuff.
Wait, this seems so familiar..
I got major daja vu right then and there.
"Shit, I left the papers at home. No test today, then.." Aizawa shrugged. Then it hit me.
All of this happened in my dream!
It wasn't just the events that we're the same, tho...
Like, everything looked the exact same, everyone said the same stuff, and everyone did the same thing as in my dream, not a thing different or out of place.
This is a little weird.
Aizawa announced free time for the rest of class and went to sleep.
"Hey Deku!" Uraraka said. I turned and smiled, "hey, Uraraka-san!" I replied.
"You looked really freaked out while Aizawa was talking, you good?" She asked, taking a seat on an empty desk next to me. "Yeah.. It's just- something weird just happened.." I said, not knowing if I should tell her about my freaky situation.
"What is it?" She asked, cocking her head to the side.
I decided to tell her, since she's one of my best friends, and I needed help.
"Oh wow..! Maybe you can predict the future!" She said excitedly.
"When you put it like that, it doesn't sound very realistic, Uraraka-san." I replied. "No, I'm serious! I was at the doctors yesterday and I was reading this magazine about rare and cool quirks. One of them was this girl, and everytime she went to sleep, she saw the actual future! It said that 1 in two million born will get that quirk, and it often comes late! It was so cool, maybe that's what you got!" Uraraka-san said.
Well, I am quirkless, and she knows that, so maybe this is my quirk..!
"You think..!?" I said, my face lighting up. She nodded and smiled.
Wow. A quirk of my own?!
I've been hoping I'd get one! Can't wait to tell mom!
I talked with Uraraka, Iida, and one of my closest friends, Todoroki, for the remainder of class, but I only told Uraraka-san about my "new quirk".~🌙~
"Mom! I'm home!" I said as I walked through my front door.
"Hi! How was school, hun?" She called from the living room as I took my shoes off.
I ran in the other room with a big grin.
"Guess what?!" I said excitedly.
She put her book down and gave a curious, yet excited, smile.
"What?!" She replied, mirroring my enthusiasm.
"I think I got my quirk! I got a quirk mom!" I smiled, jumping up and down.
She jumped up and started cheering.
"REALLY?! OH MY GOD MY BABY I'M SO HAPPY!" She exclaimed as she ran up to me and hugged me.
"What is it?! What's your quirk?!" She asked with anticipation.
I then explained the dream I had, then how my day was extremely identical, then what Uraraka told me.
"Oh! I've heard of that! That's amazing, Izuku! I'm so proud!" Mom squealed.
"Let's go see the doctor, just to be positive!" She said as she walked into the kitchen, and I followed her.
"Do you wanna change first?" She asked, pointing to my school uniform.
"No time! Let's go!" I said excitedly as I pranced out the door, grabbing her hand and pulling her gently with me.~🌙~
After we went to the doctors, they explained that the dream was indeed my rare quirk, called 'lucid dreamer'. They explained how it works and stuff like that, too. I'll be able to see good and bad future events, and it's very useful.
I was so excited to go to bed that night, excited of what I'll see!
Aaaaaand that night I dreamt that Aizawa didn't forget his papers, and we had to do the test.
As soon as I saw that, I jolted awake in realization.
"Dang I gotta study..!" I groan as I sat up, figuring I'd study a little so I don't completely fail.
And when I went back to sleep, I dreamt that I got an A on my test.Man I love my new quirk!
