Professor Emsworth's House
There was a sound of a door unlocking and then, the rattling of a bunch of keys being pulled out of the keyhole. As Professor Emsworth entered her house, she heard the sound of a few loud footsteps upstairs. She walked quietly and attentively toward the stairs. At the other top end of the stairs she saw a bare footed woman young, untidy, with her long blond hair all over the place. She looked at Professor Emsworth with a blank expression, through her vivid and beautiful blue eyes.
'Julia!' Professor Emsworth screamed at her.
She continued, 'Do you know what stupid act you have committed? You left your licence at the old post office!'
Her sister continued staring at her with the same indifferent and blank expression, she didn't utter a word.
'I should've surrendered you to the police after I came to know about the first two murders. Just because your sick brain believes that sacrificing six human souls is gonna bring our mother back to life, doesn't mean you aren't gonna get caught by the law someday. Misleading them is getting tougher and tougher, it was a close call today, I can't keep them away from the truth forever.' Professor Emsworth had tears in her eyes by now, but her sister kept staring her with the same sign of indifferency in her expression.
Julia tightened her grip on the knife that she held in her hand behind her back. She stepped forward slowly, now raising her hand to the front. The knife was pointing at Professor Emsworth. 'What do you think you're doing Julia!?' said professor Emsworth while slowly moving backwards toward the main door. Julia was already on the last couple of stairs by now, she finally said to her sister with a cunning smile on her face. 'You're lucky, you're gonna be a part of this grand sacrifice!' she spoke on the top of her voice. 'You're going to be the sixth sacrifi-' She was interrupted by the ring of the doorbell. Professor Emsworth was almost to the door, she reached her hand out to open the knob and then turned around.
