3- confused

I wake up to a warm feeling, almost like a fire. I still see darkness!! Oh no. Did I die? But.. IM TOO YOUNG TO DIE!!!! Is this what heaven feels like??

"No you're not dead, you just have to open your eyes" The familiar voice chuckled. OOOH that makes more sense. So I obeyed the voice and saw Ryan..

"Oh" I feel redness coming to my face "Did I say that out loud?"

"Yeah it's okay though." He said giving me a smile that I think is one of the most adorable thing! Oh did I just admit that.. Oops.

Looking away from Ryan I looked around the room. I was right. There was a fire in the fireplace.

"Here drink this" Ryan said while smiling..

"This better not have poison in it or I will be sooooo mad at you." I response

"Wellllll if you did drink it... You would already be poisoned... He said with an evil laugh.

"MUHAHAHHA I RUINED YOUR EVIL PLAN PEASANT"

"Did... Did u just call me peasant.. He asked with a mock of hurt.

"Yes, yes I did Mr. Smith.. I said and he laughed. "Hey where's Emily?" I asked him.

"Bathroom" then we were silent when we heard voices. I tried to listen to the conversation and then Ryan tried to to talk and I whispered yelled "SHTAP IT"

Then I was hearing bits of the conversation

"... How did they even live past the-"

That voice was stopped in the middle of the sentence because we were just sitting there with our eyes wide... Like whaaaaaaaat. Then all of a sudden a half- man half horse came in... Let's just say I reacted a little something like this: HORSE MAN... MAN HORSE WAIT WHAT IS THIS!?? AM I LIKE DREAMING OR SOMETHING.. And I looked over to Ryan.. Who looked.. Calm??? WHAT. Does he know what's going on?? And he didn't TELL MEH... Well...

"Umm Kayla? Are you okay...?" Ryan asks.

"Uh yeah totally fine except for the fact that we were almost killed by that thing.. And we're in the same room with a.. Half horse half man..."

"Well Kayla.. I am technically called a centaur.. The man said"

"Oh um okay... Who are you?"

"I am Chiron..."

"Oh" I said and. I got up and looked at the pictures hanging on the wall and see a blonde girl with gray eyes and a boy with blackish hair and green eyes. And they're together smiling. Then Chiron looked up from his book and sighs slightly and says:

"Ah Percy and Annabeth.."

"What happened to them?"

"They are currently fighting an ancient monster that we never thought would wake.. With 6 other demigods. All three of you came at a dangerous time."

"Oh...."I say but trail off.

Then we heard banging on the door so Ryan opened it-

"RYAN" I screamed
