A New World

This is where it begins

You are (Y/N) (L/N), just started your freshman year in high school. You are to say, a Marvel geek, you've read the comics, watched all the movies and shows, and even have some merchandise, okay a lot of merchandise. People didn't notice you a lot, you sat to the back of the room, you focused more on your grades than having a relationship like your best friend does

"(YYY/NNN)!!!" Sadie screamed as she knocked you down with a bear hug in the middle of the hallway

"Hey Sadie" you laughed as you got up

"Hot Zack asked me out!!" She squealed, jumping up and down

Sadie was one of those people who you can't dislike, she was the sweetest, kindest, funniest, and really hyper. She had Carmel hair, shoulder length, purple bandana, hair in two buns on the top of her head and a t-shirt that read 'Cute but Phsyco'.

"Really!" You were happy for her, joining in with her little happy dance, stopping when you noticed people staring

"Ya, he did! We are going out to the cafe down the street on Sunday for breakfast then a movie! But hey I got to go to math!" And with that, she ran down the halls

You laughed to yourself as you walked into the library

History was nearby and you had to finish up something on the computer and Mr. Stewarts was super strict

You quickly answered some final questions on your google form and turned it in, but as you were leaving an add popped up

"Get a chance to meet you favorite Marvel characters in real life!"

You didn't bother to read the rest as you went to click the 'x' but missed and hit the 'Yes!' Button
"No no no no no!" You yelled as the computer froze and started to load something, not allowing you to sign off

As you freaked over the computer you didn't notice how in the hallway the guy who tripped, froze in mid-air, no sounds of the squeaks of sneakers in the halls, and that that only thing moving or making a sound was you and the computer

"Starting in 3, 2, 1"
The computer counted down

You pulled out the cord, letting out a victory cheer as you held the plug above your head in triumph of your win, but the computer still spoke

"Starting..."

You were confused, you dropped the plug from your hand and started to fiddle with the keyboard

"Welcome (Y/N) (L/N)"

An electric shock was given from the computer electrocuting you and making you fall off of the stool you sat on

Your eyelids started to feel heavy, your movements sluggish, you were falling asleep
The chair, computer, and everything disappeared and replaced by a bright light
"Ahh, the new test subject. Shall we begin?"

Your eyes closed no madder how hard you fought to keep them open, falling asleep after a man with a thick accent spoke to others in the dark room with a bright light over your head

Hello and welcome to my first reader x character book! I hope you liked the first chapter enough to actually continue to read the others I post

Also, I started this book before Avengers Endgame came out and before Captain Marvel did too, so the first few chapters you the reader won't have any knowledge of the movies
