I am standing looking out the windows waiting on everyone to show up. I am looking forward to the designs again and if Gia hasn't came through she's history. This week I looked at Anas editing and she gets high marks from everyone about her skills. So we made the right decision on moving her up the ladder. I also had someone say that she recommended the internet bookstores for on line readers. Barney was on it in a heartbeat and he got hold of her and they spoke in depth about it.
He came to me and said they needed some qualified IT people and a separate office to go online with. He said the profits will increase steadily. So I signed all the authorization paperwork and it goes on line in a few weeks.

Man Gia is already here and waiting for me, Kate is two minutes away with Ana. Just as I get out of my truck Gia is on me like white on rice. Telling me to talk to Christian and she would make it worth my while, just as I was trying to head to the elevators Gia grabs me and kisses me. Just then Ana and Kate drive past us. I shove Gia off me, and say listen that's my girlfriend there, you are really in for it now.

Taylor is at the elevator when I hear Kate screaming at Gia and in her face telling her she just sexually harassed a fellow employee and should be terminated immediately. I step aside to allow them to enter the apartment. I say okay what happened now?

Elliott tells me everything and how she basically jumped his bones kissing him and saying if he interceded on her behalf she would make it worth his while. Just as he shoved her off Ana and Kate drove up. He said she just assured her joblessness. Kate let her have it in the elevator. I pick up my phone and ask her boss to send a replacement immediately. We take her drawings and Taylor shows her the elevator.

I ask Elliott if he wants to sue them for her behavior? He looks at Kate for direction on this, she says yes. She explains that Gia has been doing this since she became an architect. She knows of at least 4 marriages she's destroyed.

Let's get her out of Seattle then. I mean she's talented, but sexually harassing wealthy customers and their employee brother. It's got out of hand and I don't trust her Christian. I suspect she saw Kate and did that out of spite because of Sunday night.

Now that might be true, but from what I have heard lately I think she's going after you since she can't nail Christian. I really doubt she was going to give up on getting a millionaire husband if she can't get his billionaire brother.

I know it's true Ana I have seen her in action, she tried it with my dad. My mother fired her when she saw her leaning over showing her nipples.and mom took a picture and sent it to her attorney and then to Gia and her then boss. She was fired immediately.

Okay let's see what she has done today. It looks like she's did part of what I asked for, but she still didn't change the main things I demanded she do. Well that wasted two days and I am furious now.the new architect is on his way here now. Let's eat while we wait.

Christian and I talk about Gia and her conduct and we call dad and he starts the paperwork on our behalf. He contacts the architect firm and explains what we went through and she still didn't complete the drawings to our specifications and kept her original designs after being told exactly what was wanted 5 times.

Elliott tells dad that Gia has a bad reputation for this kind of behavior in the past and needs to learn a lesson. Dad agrees with him and says yes we had issues with her here as well. Elliott says dad says mom hit the ceiling when Gia was sitting in dads study naked. Lol I tell them dad said she grabbed her and dragged her naked ass out of the house stark naked. Left her there for hours until mom threw cold water on her and finally threw her possessions out the upstairs window.
Everyone started laughing.
Taylor leads the new architect in and I show him what I wanted and what she decided to do instead.
His name is Stewart and he came highly recommended and he finally got the drawings done all on line on his laptop.
He gives a time frame of 6 months with no issues and he can get the permits started and we have a start date.
