The week was passing slowly, and the three temporary roommates really couldn't bother getting up from their bed. Well, maybe the two permanent roommates felt like so. The Prince, Bakugou, felt like going into town again like he had on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. It was Thursday, and he only has four days to finish this week. He only has four days to be ordinary, he only has four days to spend in freedom.
He had learned how to fold the bed-couch back into a couch, and he was currently flicking through the televisions' channels (he learned how to do that too). He stopped when he ended up on a news channel that he often saw Kirishima watch whenever he was cooking, and Kaminari was in his bedroom. It's only morning, but he didn't feel like being lazy again. If they weren't going to go out until late in the afternoon, then he would probably prepare them a feast for lunch. He doesn't have anything to do, and with about five hours before noon, he has all the time in the world.
He was about to change the channel, when he heard a door slam on the wall, the strong force of it being opened almost breaking the door. Bakugou flinched at the sudden sound, and glanced in the direction of the roommates' bedroom, raising an eyebrow as he watch a tired looking redhead stumble towards him.
"We gotta go," he panted, showing his phone screen.
Bakugou squinted his eyes at the screen, the light blinding him, and he read the words on the screen. So he has been texting Sero, huh?
Sero : hey, kirishima? you gotta get up right now!
Kirishima : dude, its like, seven thirty. let me sleep.
Sero : This isn't a joke!
You have one missed call from Sero.
Call ended. Duration : 2:43 minutes
"He told me the guards from the Palace are coming here, and in a few minutes they'll arrive!" he exclaimed, wrapping an arm around Bakugou's. "We don't have a hiding area, not really, but I know one of the ladies around here, and I think she would be willing to keep us hidden."
"We can't hide here?" he asked.
"Where?" asked Kirishima, his tired eyes glancing around, desperately. "I can't afford to have you discovered. This is the week you wanted for ages! I can't let it end so soon," he pouted, narrowing his eyes as he searched for somewhere they could hide. "We have a laundry basket, I guess," he shrugged. "It's too small though," he sighed.
"They are trying too fucking hard," he almost growled. "Can't they fucking understand I want a goddamn break?" he asked. His voice didn't have the bitter venom it usually holds, and instead, he just seemed disappointed.
"Don't worry. We'll hide," he chuckled. "This is situation is kind of funny, don't you think?" smiled Kirishima, dragging Bakugou towards his shared bedroom. They entered, shaking Kaminari awake, but not enough to wake up him completely. "Hey, Kami, wake up."
"Wha...?"
"The royals' guards are gonna come here. We are gonna hide, and you must act as if we never even were there, and that you don't know where we are, okay?" he asked.
"Huh? Okay...?" As long as he gets to sleep a bit more, then he'll do whatever Kirishima needs him to.
Kirishima decided that they should and hide underneath the sink. He discovered a year or two back that he can lock the cabinet door from the inside, and since then, it has been his and Kaminari's ultimate secret hiding place. It's a small area, but if they squeeze in tightly, they should be able to hide in there.
