In the gang, and to the rest of the world, she basiclly only really has one name, and that's Tulip. Like Red Harlow, the main character of the 1st game of the series (Red Dead Revolver), she's part Native herself. Even though Annie Oakley in real life was not an outlaw, Tulip is based off of her and is incredibly skilled with her rifles and shotguns.

Like the members of the gang, she has her own unique weapons, her revolver, which is the Scholfield (pronounced as Skollfield basically) Revolver, is also based on Annie Oakley's revolver. Its a Smith and Wesson model number 3. It has Tulip's name engraved on the gun and on the handle, it would be a flower. Her rifle is a Winchester and it's called Ol' Faithful, a little throwback to one of the characters in Red Dead Revolver (they got their own unique guns too which you cannot buy).

While clearly heavily inspired by Oakley, she's also inspired by many others I've known in movies and games. For one, Tulip doesn't really speak much. What she's after, is actually revenge, unlike most of the others in the gang, but afterwards...she doesn't really know what she wants anymore. (Deciding still) She also has a child with her, in their teens. Most of the time, the child she has with her (no name planned yet) does the talking for her. Other than that, she let's her guns and her special melee weapon do the talkin'.

Her special weapon is her tomahawk or hatchet, which was her father's and has some things on it like a few feathers, and bones. Basically has some type of Native look to it. While not shown on the drawing itself, she does have a necklace there. As I'm writing and going along, I guess her father would be where she got her Native side.

In the gang (and thanks to her father), she does the hunting. Especially sometimes with Charles, an actual character. She knows how to use bows well too. While Tulip does know how to pick locks (thanks to the gang) that's not her main role. She hunts, deals with fences (in criminal terms) meaning to sell stolen goods, and (rarely) does the damsel in distress or "lost girl" play to trick unaware people and steal from them with the help of the gang.

In early parts of the story of RDR2, or less than halfway, with Sadie Adler in the gang, she would ask why Tulip was never in the camp cutting vegetables, doing chores, etc. Arthur would hint that Tulip had a rough past and, being one of the oldest members of the gang, everyone knows how violent Tulip is.

One of the members would say something along the lines of: "Tulip's no saint, she doesn't just kill. Any poor feller who'd mess with her would wish he'd taken the bullet in the back of his skull."
