Gave Tulip some fancy hair for the valentine's day Arthur and Tulip thing, short story: Tulip tries her best for a memorable picture, so she made her hair fancy, she couldnt find a dress though but Arthur found out and said she looks just fine with her "canon" outfit she wears. Which is actually the gray vest, white shirt, and her pink bandana of course (aka my first art of her).
"What are you doin', Tulip?"
"J- jus' wanna look..."
"You look jus' fine, Tulip. Do you see me dressin' fancy?"
"Haha, you look nice anyway."
"I could say the same to you. C'mon, let's take the photo already."
