"Thank you so much!" Said Chaos, to the Elders. They nodded, and ushered the young
adults out. Once they landed outside, Ezra turned to Chaos. "Okay, we're not doing this anymore, right?" You said one last time, and there you go. We have to grow up now, no matter how much you don't want to." He said as they started home. "Orientation is tomorrow. This is our last day as kids." Chaos understood much more than Ezra thought. Mileena and Ethios
became man and woman the day before. He had to do the same. They walked in silence to the forge. "I'll see you tomorrow, Ezra." Chaos waved and entered the blazing metalwork.
"Ah, good!" Joran yelled from the grindstone. "Finally, we've finished your weapon. Remstooth, after the great monster who was banished by our Six. We know how much you like your lore." He continued, and pointed to a purple curtain hanging over a large weapon rack. "Really? You don't know how much this means to me. It was three hundred diamonds, right?" Chaos responded, eyes focused on the sheet covering his new beautiful sword.
"It was, but I'll only take two fifty from ya."
"Are you sure? Looks like you finished early too."
"We'll be fine, Chaos." Joran insisted.
"Okay, okay." Chaos finally said, feigning counting out the top fifty gemstones from the
purse. As soon as Joran turned, he put them back in. Joran stopped his work on his piece and placed it on an anvil nearby. He walked across the room and unveiled the mighty Remstooth, which stood on a pedestal nearby. Nearly six feet long and two feet wide, the gigantic weapon gleamed in the showlights above it. Inscribed just below the hilt was Chaos' name, in the language of the Holy. "It's... everything I had hoped for and more. What's the weight?" Chaos said, bewildered by the sword of his dreams.
"Seventy-two pounds, three ounces. Four grams beneath balance, top heavy." Joran replied, pride gleaming in his voice.
"Spot on, as always. I don't know how you do it, you and your dad are a spot on team." Chaos threw him the bag of gems and left with Remstooth before Joran could demand he take his gems back.
