Family Gathering

John's POV

Today is Sunday and we are going to attend mass and go to the park after. I decided to call Alex and invite her.

"Hey Alex, how is my heart stealer?" I joked.

"Good, so why did you call me?" she asked.

"Today is Sunday and we are going to church. Then go to the park after mass. Wanna come?" I invited.

"Oh John, thank you for inviting us! Sure." she answered.

"I'll pick you up!" I volunteered.

"Thanks bye. I love you." she told me.

"I love you too." I said.

I yahooed really loud when our call ended. What to wear?

Alexa's POV

When i said I love you to John, Jack came into my room.

"What?!" I asked blushing.

"Mom, what did you talk about?" he asked me.

"He is inviting us to attend mass and go to the park after it!" I said excitingly.

"Fine, I'll ģo change."he said.

I smiled and put on my green v-neck dress. This day will be great.

Elsa's POV

I was about to zip my dress when dad came in. I zipped it fast and faced him. I know that he wants to say something.

"What is it dad?" i asked him while crossing my arms.

"Ok, I invited Alex and her family to attend mass with us." he said while smiling.

"Ok, did she say yes?" I asked him.

He rose an eyebrow.

"She did." I said while gigling.

"Isn't it obvious?" he asked me.

I shrugged, he just laughed and hugged me. I hugged him back.

"Thanks Elsa." he told me.

"For what?" I asked him.

"For accepting her as a soon to be mother." he explained.

"At first, I wasn't ready to have a second mom. But I realized she is your happiness and your happiness is my happiness." I said.

He was teary eyed when i said that.

"Let's go!" I yelled.

We arrived at the church. My head is aching because Anna and Emma were noisy when dad was driving.

"Hey, you alright?" Jack asked me.

I nodded and continued on walking. The mass started and we all sat on one of the long seats.

The mass ended and we are all outside. We were about to go to the park when.....
