As Christian and the Knights were placed onto Xenovus' ship, they ponder about where he might wind up taking them. Each of them struggle to break free from what they're bonded to, but none of them prevail. What these heroes are bonded to is a mystically enchanted material that is impervious to anything that could possibly break it such as magic, fire, and so forth. "Where are you gonna take us?", Kylei asked dreadfully. Although Xenovus seems to have heard her question, he chooses to ignore her, much to the disgust that her siblings have for him. "I said, where are you taking us?!", she responded. "Silence. You've pestered me enough and choose not to tell you about what will happen once we arrive.", Xenovus replied, "Not even King Kernius could stop what's about to happen. Your prayers and faiths can't save you." Meanwhile, back at the King's Castle King Kernius is seeing the current events unfold through a crystal ball. He feels concerned about the heroes and chooses to head out of his castle to assist the knights in stopping the demonic overlord. Back where the heroes are located, we still see them struggling to escape from their bondage, not concerned about what the material they're strapped to. Xenovus looks over at the knights and responds to their attempts, "The material you are held in is made of Kevlaritium, it cannot be destroyed, even with the powers of a magician." "Oh that's a load of bullcrap you insolent buffoon.", Andrew responded with a cocky mood, "Magic is one of the most destructive forms of combat ever seen." As he continued to try and break his shackles, the other 7 attempt to do the same, but Xenovus thwarts their plans and knocks them out with a spell of slumber. Back at where King Kernius is, he attempts to relay a message to an old acquaintance with mastery in magic known as Sir Hira. The moment he arrives to his location, he establishes a plan to rescue the knights by re-instating the Patriot Monarch. "Greetings old friend of mine, it's been so long since I last saw you I thought you would've been long gone by now.", Hira stated as Kernius continued to plan out the rescue mission. "I don't know what to do, the knights are in grave danger Sir Hira, and you're the only magician with enough power to help stop this impending doom.", Kernius responded. "Well Buck, it's a good thing you've called me for help, doomsday is something that only a magician could possibly stop, and you're in luck.", Hira responded. The two begin to plan out their rescue mission as quickly as they can.
Meanwhile, the heroes at sea are close to their destination, they wake up after several minutes of being knocked out and find out that they've been transported to the northernmost island in Snowballia, a remote location known as Goshenheim, a mysterious area that is said to have no intelligent life, food, or resources. It just so happens that Xenovus has built a fortress on the island where the protagonists would be held captive. They are escorted off of the ship and taken into holding cells where they will spend the rest of their lives behind bars while the demonic overlord continues to invade cities for military parent's life forces. As the 8 protagonists begin to adapt to their surroundings, they overhear a plan from a few guards that mentions a weapon of mass destruction that could destroy the very land of Snowballia and possibly the whole world. The guards meet with Xenovus to discuss the plans for what'll come ahead, and it's up to them to listen carefully to get the meticulous details about the weapon and its capabilities. "I assume you have the prisoners locked up in their cells?", he asked as the guards stared at him, "Yes my lord, they've been put into custody and there is no way they could possibly break out.", one guard replied. "Very good, how's the construction of the weapon going?", Xenovus added, "Weapon is at 83 percent completion my lord, it should take no more than an hour to have it ready to fire.", the guard responds. While the two guards still hold a conversation with Xenovus, our protagonists continue to listen carefully as if their lives depended on it.
Eventually, they find out that this weapon is known as the Life Destroyer, a device that acts as a virus that attacks the living in order to steal their life force and enslave them to be a part of Xenovus' army, once completed it could possibly annihilate everything it touches within a thousand mile radius, and within weeks of launching it could destroy all life on Earth. "Great, first a demonic overlord and now a weapon that could distribute mass chaos worldwide, what else is new?", Andrew stated as the protagonists listen in on what he has to say. "You know, ever since I was 11 years old I didn't really expect much from Snowballia when I first discovered it. I was in 5th grade when Mount Sheraton opened its doors to people like us, a year later I eventually met my cousins from Augusta, and 3 years later, I discovered the princess. It's crazy how far all of us have come when it involves stuff like this, another 2 years pass by at the Anatole Palace and we've done so much in that time. Just know I'll be ready to die for all of you if Xenovus ever takes my life. But now, we need to fight for everyone who is currently in danger of dying from the Life Destroyer. We have to shut that weapon down before it's fired into the skies and starts infecting people with whatever Xenovus uses to enslave people. It's time for all of us to take action or die trying.", he added on. "I will not stand by and have tyranny and oppression take over this land of ours. Now let's go give him a long awaited butt whoopin and stop armageddon."
