The sky begins to shift shades of blue, matching Caeruleums giant dress. Everyones eyes get big as they stare at the sky, except for Eli as hes just staring at Caeruleum.
Everyone stops floating, they gently and slowly fall to the ground.
"Follow me, if you will." Caeruleum tells them.
She begins to head east, they follow.
Ethan cant help but to ask "Can we trust you?"
Caeruleum responds with "I only exist to continue this legacy." She stops walking and faces Ethan.
"I will protect you people, as you want to protect me."
Ethan seems confused and says "Want to protect you? Not to be rude but do we know you?"
Chris is still muted and his face looks red as he tries to speak, Ethan just glances at him suspiciously.
Caeruleum turns around and continues to walk.
"My old friend, Excalibur. I've met him centuries ago, We've protected each other for all this time... he protected the others too." She tells them, she looks a little down as if she's remembering the past. Eli seems mildly interested but also confused but Derek looks worried, he's less interested than the rest, hes more focused on saving Eddie but he knows shes important, something just tells him so.
Izzy looks to Derek and says "I wish we'd get to know more." Derek agrees, they know nothing of Excalibur and Caeruleums past except that they were good friends of some sort.
The group hears a weird liquidy sound, In front of them they see four small black rings emerging from the ground, four imps crawl out like spiders and one of them unhinges their mouth. Chris's mouth gets unmuted, he is now scared of the woman in blue so he stays loyal and doesn't speak about her, instead he gets ready for the attack from the small demons. The unhinged mouths have a spark of orange in the middle, the color gets bigger and bigger until its obvious that its a fireball. A blue barrier is formed around the group, deflecting the fireball. The fireball flies into a tree immediately scorching it to the ground. The barrier disappears, the group gets their weapons out quickly as Caeruleum says softly,
"Begin."
