lila's pov

I started walking home and passed a forrest. I got a little curious and ventured inside..... then heard a giggle. then a male laugh. then a female giggle again. she sounded really young. 5 maybe. the guy laughed again and I saw a figure run by wearing a pink dress holding a teddy bear. yup, that's a little girl. then a I saw a very tall man looking like smexy run by..but this time he had a vest one a khakis.

"you're never gonna catch me!" the girl yelled.

"trendy always gets his victems, sally" the tall man laughed at the girl.

"uncle! put me dooooown!" she laughed kicking her feet. she stop laughing and turned her head my way in 1 swift movement. trendy.. as he called himself.. put her down and looked.

"what's she doing here..." sally asked.

"I don't know sally." he replied. stood there, couldn't move. couldn't talk. frozen in fear.

"daddy might want to see her." she said slowly stepping towards me.

"SALLY! ARE YOU TRYING TO BITE SOMEONE AGAIN" I heard a familiar voice yell.

"NO" she replied back. just then jeff walked out.

"I thought slender told you to come back home." he said kissing her on the cheek.

"look jeffy. a human" she said, pointing at me. jeff looked at me, staring.

"why are you here..." he harshly asked.

"i-i was just going for a walk. please don't hurt me!" I pleaded. he grabbed my arm and made me follow him to a large, very...very large, mansion. looked abandoned. I heard talking inside.

"don't fall for toby." jeff calmly and randomly told me.

"wha-why?" I asked.

"he's dating this girl named clocky..or clockwork." he said, pointing into a window. I looked in and saw toby, mask off, face gashed, doing love eyes with a girl that had long brown hair and a clock where her eye should be. I stumbled back and jeff caught me. he picked me up, bridal style.

"what?" I blushed.

"I have to bring you inside to show slender...act.. passed out." he said and I let my head fall back and closed my eyes, slowing my breathing. I let my body go limp, when he was holding me I felt... safe. but this is jeff we're talking about, theres got to be a twist. he carried me inside.

"I found a human" he stated.

"where?" I very deep voice asked.

"she was in the woods, she didn't see me. I knocked her out before she could." jeff replied to the man. I wanted to open my eyes, to see if toby realized I was there. but I didn't need my eyes for that.

"isn't that the new *tick* girl from school?" he asked.

"yea, the one you stood up for in class and then protected from smexy." jeff snapped.

"clocky..listen to me *tick*. I was doing it out of *tick* kindness." he said. I couldn't hold it anymore. the lump in my throat grew bigger.

"g-guys look." masky said, referring to the tear streaming down my face from my eyes to my hair. I felt a thumb wipe the tears away and a cushion feeling under my back then my head fell onto someones lap. I heard a tv turn on and someone flipping through channels.

"what are you doing?" jeff asked...but I thought he was holding me.

"getting her away from you. you're a perve." I heard the boy ben from my science class reply. maybe.... I wasn't looking for toby. maybe I was looking for someone like ben. i was looking in the wrong direction.
