"I'm sorry Lilly but I m-murdered your brother" Ashton spoke with tears streaming down his face

When I heard those words come out of Ashton mouth, I loss it completely.

"You son of a bitch" I yelled in Ashton face, I slowly walked away from him and slid down the cold wall, tears falling down my face.

"I'm so so sorry Lilly" Ashton spoke again, coming towards where I was

"Get away from me!" I yelled, my vision get blurry from the tears beginning to fall again.

Ashton was grabbed and pulled away by two strong guards and walked out of the small room. I sat in the corner crying my eyes out. I thought I trusted him, he was meant to keep my brother safe! Why did he betray me?

The tall blonde detective walked over to me and sat down. He put his arm around my shoulders to comfort me.

"I trusted him" I whispered

I stayed like this for awhile until my eyes were to heavy to hold open, they finally shut and I felt my body getting lifted from the position I was in.

~ flash back~

It was the summer holidays in Australia, my brother and some of his friend were down at the beach, I decided to tag along.

We ended up playing beach cricket. Calum and I were the dynamic duo, we would always won beach cricket even against our parents.

"Lilly run" I heard calum yell while running towards me. I started running when I fell over and rolled my ankle

"Ahhhh" I screamed

"Oh my gosh! Lilly are you okay?" Calum asked me

I couldn't really make out his face if his was worried because the tears were blurring up my vision. Calum picked me up and carried me to the house. He placed me down on the couch and got ice to put on my ankle.

"I think you just rolled it" Calum spoke, sitting down on the couch next to me

"Have I ever told you that you the best brother out?" I ask him

"No you haven't" Calum spoke sarcastically giving me a kiss on my head

I woke up with stained cheeks, I looked around the small room but luckily some light from the sun was creeping though the curtains. I hopped out of the thermal bed and walked towards the door, I opened the creeky door when I bumped into a tall figure.

"Lilly I see your up"
