Luke POV
I was doing some work on the case of Lilly's Brother. It was roughly around 8:00 when I went to check on Lilly. I walked down the hallway towards the last room, I went to open it but got stop by Lilly.
"Lilly I see your up" I spoke softly
She open her mouth to say something but nothing come, all she did was nod. I knew that she was still crying from a tear falling down her face.
"Hey don't cry" I spoke again, I lifted my hand and wiped the tear away from her cheek.
I grabbed her hands and guided her down the long hallway, in another room. I don't think she knew who I was by the questioning look on her face
"sorry but what's your name?" She ask
"It's Luke, I'm the detective" I spoke positively
I think it made sense to her because her expression on her face changed. I think she was lost in her thoughts because I had to wave my hands in front if her face.
"Are you hungry?" I asked polity
"No, I'm not" she said nodding her head but I heard her stomach rumble.
"Im going to get you something okay? You just make yourself comfortable and I will be right back" I spoke
I gave back to find Lilly asleep on the couch, I turned my head to look at the clock on the wall and it read 8:43. I grabbed the blanket from the other couch and placed it on her fragile body, the place the food back in the kitchen.
------- couple minutes later --------
I was blasting my music throughout the whole house forgetting about Lilly. I had sweat dripping from my face and my hair was soaked.
I was punching the crap out of the punching bag, when I heard a girl scream. I turned around to found Lilly in the door way. I walked our to my phone and turned the music down, I was going to say sorry but something cheesy come out instead.
"You like the view, I see" I said winking at her
"Oh shit sorry" she blushed
"It's okay" I said giving her a smile
I walked over to the towel I had laying on the chair, I wiped my face and put on my top.
"Umm can I have some food?" Lilly ask shyly
"Sure" I said smiling
