Possessive Bully

Chapter 3

Becky's pov

As soon as we walked in, todo (everybody) stopped what they were doing y looked straight at us. 

"Ah, you must be our new student, so porque no tu ( why don't you) introduce yourself, y  then sit right next to Mrs. Hernandez," Senor Alvarez said to Hunter. 

I sat in my seat, which is right next to Cesar, yay (note the sarcasm).

Hunter introduced himself y then he sat next to me.

"OK, I'm going to hand you  a few worksheets y you can work with a partner if you want," Coach Killen said.

"Hey Hunter, wanna be mi partner," I asked. 

"Sure," is all he said. 

We scooted our chair closer to each other. 

20 minutes later, the bell rang. 

Me y Hunter left Senor Alvarez's room y I asked him if I could see his schedule y he gave it to me, y it turns out me y him have all the same classes.

Skip to lunch

I told Hunter he could sit with me y mi amigas y he said ok.

Me, mi amigas, y Hunter were just talking y laughing, when Cesar came walking toward our table with his clenched.

Oh boy, here we go again. 

"Becky, porque eres tu (why are you) sitting with this dick head," he asked. 

"Uh porque (because) this es (is) a free country," I said. His jaw clenched tighter than before, which I didn't think was possible.

"Plus porque (why) do you even care who I sit with," I added. 

"I don't," he said. 

"Then leave asshole,"  Hunter said.

 I bit my lip to keep from laughing, pero I guess Cesar noticed I was about to laugh porque  he slapped me.

"Ow," is all I said, holding my cheek. 

"That's what you get for laughing puta," he said, walking back over to his amigos laughing.

"Are you ok," mi amigas asked. "Yeah, I'm used to it remember," I said, sadly. 

"See you after school puta," he yelled.

"I really hope he's ditching school for the rest of the day," I said. 

"Don't worry, I'll protect you," Hunter said, caressing my cheek.

 "Awww,"  mi amigas said, while I rolled mi ojos (my eyes) at them.

The bell rang, so lunch was over. 

Me,Skylar, Sanaa, y Hunter were headed to 3rd block, y Hunter kissed my cheek to make me feel better before we walked into the classroom.
