One more lie

Chapter 8

I woke up the next morning, we'll not really morning,I woke up at 1:00 pm. I'm not sure why I woke up so late. I was so so so happy it was Saturday! Today me and carter get to go on another date.

I had 3 missed calls from Julia.

I called her back and all I heard was her crying.

"Julia. What wrong".

All I heard was crying.

"Julia. I'm coming over".

"NO. DO NOT"

I ran outside still in my pink bunny pajamas but I was barefoot. I ran back inside and slipped on some Miami dolphins slippers and ran back out.

My mom wasn't home. Where is she?

Thank god my grandma lives next to me because I really need a car right now. Way too early to walk. I ran over to my grandmas. And opened the door and screamed.

"GRAMMY I NEED TO BORROW YOUR CAR"

"Ok dear"

Luckily the keys were still in the car. I started the car and sped out the driveway.

5 minutes later I pulled into her driveway and ran into the house. And right into her room.

I just saw her sitting there eating ice cream and crying.

"Tell me what's wrong"

"Matt broke up with me"she said through snuffles. "He said it couldn't work out because he found someone else" she started sobbing again.

"Oh it's ok. Shhh. You deserve someone better." I said while hugging her.

CARTERS POV:

I can't wait until my date with Morgan. She's so pretty and nice and I'm in love with her.

It's already 4:30 so I started to get ready. I'm acting like a little kid excited for Santa to come. I decided to call Morgan to make sure we were still on.

"MORGAN".

"Yea?"

"We still on for tonight?"

"Yea"

"Ok bye morg"

"Bye"

MORGANS POV:

I forgot about the date because I'm still with Julia.

"Jules I gotta go."

"Ok bye" she said still sniffing"

I started driving home and..

Blacked out.
