*3 months later*

Today I get my cast off and I'm so excited. Especially since things have been going great with carter.

My dad came home and is going to bring me to the doctors. He's leaving for another deployment in 4 hours.

I walked in and carter was standing there with flowers.

He gave me the flowers then He gently pecked my lips and introduced himself to my dad.

Carter's POV

I was so nervous.

"Hello sir my name is carter Reynolds." I held out my hand for a shake.

"Nice to meet you.as long as you keep my baby safe we shouldn't have any problems." He said with a wink. He finally shook my hand after what felt like forever.

Morgans POV.

Wow, that was pretty awkward.

Me and my dad walked into the room where they remove the cast.

The removed the cast after 5 minutes of talking. The good news is that I won't need another cast.

We walked out and carter wasn't there. He must've left.

Then he walked out of the bathroom.

My dad finally spoke and said "carter would you like to come to dinner with us?"

"I would love too."

We walked out.

While we were driving we were going to meet carter at "Paula's diner".

"Dad. How is the divorce going?"

"I'm not going to divorce her"

"WHY!"

"She gets lonely I understand."

"Wow." I said with a dirty look.

"Don't talk to me like that. It's better for you. If she cheats again I will divorce her."

"Fine" I said with a some disgust still in my voice.

We arrived at the diner and carter pulled in right after us.

We all met up at the enterance and walked in.

While we waited for a seat I saw hailey there crying.

She stormed out and hit me in the shoulder while doing it.

It only took about 15 minutes to get a seat. I counted because there was a lot of awkward silence.

We sat down in a booth. I sat in the booth with carter and my dad sat alone.

Followed after more awkward silence it took 17 minutes for the waiter to come and take our orders for drinks.

My dad went first and said " may I please have a diet coke"

Then carter "ill have a water please."

Then me "can I have a chocolate milkshake."

After the waiter left my dad just stared at me.

"What? I'm hungry" I said with a smile.

She brought our drinks out after 6 mins.

"So dad where is your deployment?" I said my eyes watery but I still forced a sad smile.

"Afghanistan. I don't want to leave though I miss you."

"I know."

Carter finally started speaking.

"How long have you been with the army?"

"About 15 years."

"Wow. Thank you for your service."

My dad just smiled and went to looking back at the menu.

His phone started beeping.

"Oh. Ok." He hung up but he looked sad.

"What? What happened?!"

"I need to leave early deployment now."

I got up seeing that I could finally walk and hugged him. Hugged him for as long as we could. "Have carter being you home" he called out. " I left money on the table!" Then he was out the. Door.

I sat back down just as the waiter came back to take our order.

She looked at me "I'm I will have 4 chocolate chip pancakes"

Carter looked at me like wow you can eat all that?

Then he said "I will have the same"

After we finished eating we went out to the parking lot and he picked me up spun me around a kissed me. He really meant it.

" I'm so happy you can walk again."

We got to this house and watched a scary movie called "silence of the lambs" but I didn't think it was scary.

After the movie we started to make out. I was eager to go on this time and I don't know why.

I ripped his shirt off. Slowly so we could still kiss. I started to wonder why his parents were never home.

I literally ripped mine off. He started to Unclip my bra and I got uneasy. I still followed through anyways.

He pulled a condom out of his wallet and took my pants off.
