Tuesday, Louis' House, 5:22 AM.

"Oi! Louis! Open the fuck up!"

Louis rushed downstairs in his pajamas, forcing his eyes to stay open. He opened the door, "What?"

The boy excepted it to be Harry, but instead there were three boys in big puffer jackets, which Louis recognised as the sixteen year olds that were talking to Harry.

"Hey! Fucking- wake up!"

"W-what do you want?" Louis winced at the loud voice which replied.

"It's your friend- the curly haired bitch." One of them snarled, climbing off his bike. Louis' eyes widened...they surely weren't talking about-

"Harry. That's his name." Another one said.

A small whimper left Louis' mouth before he ran back in his house, slipping on shoes then asking, "What happened to him?"

The boy with the bike looked at his friends before muttering, "He was at the river, and we threw him in."

"What the fuck!? He can't fucking swim!?" Louis yelled. All three boys immediately talked at the same time, with Louis only hearing 'It was a joke' and 'We didn't know'.

"Anyways, he'll live. Maybe the bitch can doggie paddle." One snorted at the end, and Louis lost all control and wasted no time in punching the guy in the face, taking his bike and riding away.

He ran in just a white top and pajama bottoms, with a pair of worn out trainers on his feet. The cold air whipped against his arms and face and the boy's tears fell as fast as his legs moved.

The park was only five minutes away, and Louis got there in two. He climbed to the top of the hill and he saw the lake that Harry had been talking about last week.

"Harry!" He screamed, stumbling towards the edge of the water. He screamed the boy's name again, to recieve no reply.

"Harry!" He screamed again, tears still streaming down his face. He whimpered, looking around before jumping in the freezing water.

Louis' head shot up from the water, his arms reaching for something that wasn't there. His legs were kicking frantically and he inhaled deeply once again then dived back down. It was hard to see anything but once Louis dived deep enough a small but familiar figure appeared.

He swam forward, and grabbed Harry's hand, pulling him upwards towards the surface. Louis gasped once he was above water.

Once Harry was lying on the edge Louis screamed for help. It was around five o clock in the morning but he yelled anyway. He put his head down to check if he was breathing and he wasn't.

Louis quickly remembered what he had learned at school. He started doing CPR, pushing down on his chest thirty times.

Once he had done that he held Harry's nose and placed his lips on Harry's, trying his best to give him air.

"C'mon Harry...please." He cried quietly, thumb caressing the boy's pink cheeks.

The boys from earlier arrived, "Holy shit!" They shouted as they all tumbled down the hill. "I've got a phone!" Someone said.

And Louis sat there next to Harry, with his hands cradling the boy's face and his forehead on his.

"I can't lose you."
