Me in My Hero Academia

Chapter 1

Third person POV
Danielle Ayase is six years old. She's the oldest kid in her family. Her younger sisters Trinity and Summer are twins and are four, two years younger than Danielle. Danielle's mom also just had another child, and they are naming her Asuna. Nobody has shown signs of getting a quirk, and Danielle is very worried. She wants to have a quirk, and a good one at that.

Danielle's POV
"UGH! Why does stupid Emma have to be so ANNOYING?! She doesn't do her work, and just plays around! If I get her as a partner just one more time I am going to die!!" I had started ranting on my walk home but by now I was sitting on the grass in the park, talking to the animals.

I love nature, and for some reason the animals actually stay and don't run away whenever I come to them. My parents always told me that if someone is bullying me or being annoying to just ignore them and pretend they are a tree. But I cant imagine her as a tree! That would make me hate trees! And I love trees! I decided that I would imagine her as a tree only for a minute just to see what it was like. I looked at the closest tree and imagined that it was her.

I couldn't take it anymore. Thinking of Emma this much makes me really annoyed and angry. I threw my hand out toward the tree thinking it would come out of the ground and fly away. But then when I looked up I saw that it did! This was my quirk! I wanted to know what else I could do so I walked up to an animal and, thinking of an animal talking in my language really hard, said hi. "Hello!" The rabbit said. I jumped back, startled. So I guess this was my quirk. Just nature stuff. I dunno what to call it.

When I got home I noticed that my parents were very worried. "Why did it take you so long? The schools is a minutes walk away!" My mom said, throwing her arms around me.

"Relax, mom. I just stopped at the park. I also got my quirk!" I said excitedly. She and dad freaked out. They both expected me to get a powerful quirk, based on their quirks, but they didn't know when. My mom can control the earth and my dad can talk to animals, so I guess I got both. I have like, all things nature. Cool! I told mom and dad this, and they were very happy. They had no idea what the twins Trinity and Summer would get, because they were adopted. But Asuna should get something with nature, because she wasn't adopted. I smiled. I can't wait to tell my friends!

The next day a school I had to wait until recess and lunch to tell them because since I'm in first grade now and not kindergarten, we don't get to play all the time. Or have nap time! It's horrible! When I found my three besties at recess I was so relieved. "Brent! Alli! Ben! I have something I need to tell you guys!"

Unlike other kids, we didn't only hang out with the people that had the same gender as us and say that the people that weren't our gender had cooties. We actually were all best friends, starting last year. Me and Brent's mom were really close and then I met Alli and Brent met Ben and now we're all a group. It's pretty great. Only Alli had gotten her quirk so far, so I'm glad I'm not the last one to get one. Alli's quirk happens when she focuses really hard and blocks out everything around her. When she does that, she becomes very smart. But this does have a time limit. She doesn't know yet because she hasn't tried to keep it on. But while shes using her quirk, whenever she thinks she's better than someone and says or thinks it her intelligence drops. This is hard for her because she's kinda...cocky.

"Well? What is it?" Ben asks.

"I got my quirk! I can talk to animals and I can manipulate the earth. All things nature, really. I got both of my parents's quirks!" I exclaimed. They were all really excited for me and I was really happy too.

Time skip: 8th grade
"Guys I'm nervous. I know the UA entrance exams are months upon months away, but I can't help but be nervous!" I said to my friends in the lunchroom. Me and Brent were the only ones trying to get to into UA because Alli and Bens quirk weren't really suited for being a hero. Bens quirk was healing. It wasn't very powerful, so he can't heal wounds a pro hero might have in battle, so he just wants to become a doctor. Brent's quirk allows him to have the strength of a bear and a and a cheetah. He an run very very fast (which is why he is on the track team) and he is very strong. There is no doubt that he will make it into UA. My friends think I will get in, no problem. So let's just hope they are right. I keep worrying even as they reply to me saying I'll do fine and reassuring me.

"I'm going to need you to tutor me, Alli. You get A+'s on everything and are the class president and captain of the lacrosse team," I said and Ben and Brent agreed. Ben and Alli were going to go to another high school, not for heroes. It was still a good school though, so they needed to study hard for the entrance exam. "Sleepover at my house tonight?" I ask. They all say yes and we work out a time. Then the bell rings. "Time to go, see ya later!" I say to them and run off. I can't wait for tonight.
