Val's POV
Today is the day! The date I am so excited for the date tonight!
It was 7:00 am and I have to go to STAR labs to help Barry to catch meta humans and stuff
I was in the shower door like 15 minutes and I got out and got dressed with a red dress and a pair of ankle boots to match and got my purse and some other stuff like my phone and my emergency make up kit
I got into a taxi and I arrived at STAR labs to see Caitlin glued to the computer looking very serious
"Hey you ok"I ask
"Oh hey val yeah I'm fine I'm just destructed thats all"
"Oh ok you all alone in here?" I ask
"Yeah Barry and Cisco aren't here yet"
"OK what are you doing"
"Oh I'm just looking for some stuff online" she said while looking back at the computer
"Anything I can help with"
"Nope nothing so what are you going to wear to your date tonight" she ask
"Um I don't know yet actually" I said truthfully
"Oh" she said disappointed
"Hey guys good morning"Barry said while walking into the cortex with Cisco
"Good morning" me and Caitlin said in unison
"So is your day going" Barry ask me
"Good" I smiled
"Well its gonna be better tonight" Barry whispered and I giggled
"So what are doing tonight" Cisco ask facing us
"Me and val are going out to dinner" Barry said
"Caitlin?" Cisco ask
"Oh nothing exiting" she said while still looking at the computer
"Cisco how about you what are you doing tonight" I ask
"To spend cuality time with my bed" he said and me and Barry laughed and Caitlin just to serious
"Well I'm gonna go to the station see you tonight" Barry said while he peck my lips and sped to the station
"Well what do we do now" I ask
"You could shopping for your date with the Scarlett speedster" Caitlin said sarcastically
"Woah someone is in a mood" Cisco said
"Well I'm just not feeling so good today" Caitlin said
"Actually that a good idea I'm gonna go see you guys later"
"Yeah more like tomorrow" Caitlin said coldly"
"What is wrong with you today" Cisco said
"No is good bye guys" I said and left
Barry's POV
I went to the station to do some work I have to finished so I went to my crime lab and sat down and I I did my work
11 hours later
It's 6:00 pm now and I have to get ready for my date with val so I got home to my apartment and got changed with a red shirt and black blazer and a pair of jeans and a black and white converse. As soon I was done I ran to Val's apartment I got into a elevator and I knocked on the door as soon I knocked it was opened by val and I saw what she was wearing,she was wearing a midnight blue dress short in the front and long in the back and her hair was curled and her make up was like a shadow-ish black and pink lipstick and she was caring a blue clutch
"Are you gonna stop staring at me or we could just go to dinner" val said breaking my thoughts
"Oh well let's go" I said while grabbing her hand and we left the building and We walked about 4 miles away from the city
"Uh Barry are you gonna kill me or something " val said and I laughed
"Don't worry I'm not gonna kill you its just a surprise" I smirked
"OK?" She questioned
"We are all most there" I said
"Really Barry just tell where are we going?" Val said and I didn't said anything
"First close you eyes and hold my hand I'll guide you" I said
"Fine" she said while closing her eyes and she held my hands
"Ok now open" I said while letting go I took her in a very peaceful with grass and water fall with that I set up some blankets and some food
"Oh my GOD Barry this-this is absolutely beautiful" she said while hugging me and I back
"Well for the most and greatest girl its the best" I smile
"Well let's go I'm starving" she said
"As you wish val" I said and led her to the blanket
"So what the food?" She ask while sitting down
"Well sandwiches, apples, you know the usual stuff " I said while sitting next to her
"OK let's eat"she said
Caitlin's POV
Its 8:30 pm now and I am still at STAR labs
"hey cisco" I said
"Are you OK Caitlin" he ask
"Yeah why do ask" I said
"You've been acting weird since val got here"
"That doesn't prove anything"
"Really you've been bitter all day about the DATE there gonna have" cisco said
"No its just oh never mind" I said
"Wait are jealous about Barry and val dating" he ask
Yes shut it
"No why would I" I said
"Really" he ask
"Yes" I lied
"OK fine I'll let this go"
"Great" I said while putting a fake smile
"Well Barry said they were gonna have a picnic and its gonna be soooo romantic" she dragged the 'so'
"What!?!?!" I shouted
"What??" He ask confused
"What nothing" I slightly calm down
"Oh my god you are jealous" he said
"OK I am so what"
"How jealous are Caitlin on a scale of 1 to 10" he ask
"I am 100 percent jealous" I said truthfully
"Seriously cait you have to ask someone out" he said
"Ugh noooo" I dragged the word 'no'
"Ok well I am going home bye" he said while walking out of the cortex
"Bye" I said
