The Truth

"Kara I'm so sorry Your right I should have helped you and treated you better. But after your mom died I guess I just took it all out on you. I wanted to hide everything about werewolfs from you. I'm so sorry please forgive me and come home."

I sat there starring at him in disbelief. After everything he's put me through. Ya he said sorry but the fact that he wants me to go back with him, what the hell is he thinking. "What do you think gives you the right to ask me to go back and how do I know your telling the truth? All you've ever done is hate me. For all I know everything you just said could be a lie. I don't trust you. I'm staying here."

He looked shocked but then his eyes turned black. "How dare you talk to me like that. I'm your father and I will get the respect I deserve." he yelled as I cringed. It's been so long I know nothing more but to obey. I sat there not sure whether to fight or just go with it. He took that as a go ahead, he grabbed my arm and tried to pull me but Tyler started growling as soon as he did.

"I would let go of her if I were you" he said as calmly as he could as his eyes changed to black. His wolf was in control now. My father growled.

"I'm much older and stronger then u boy I'd back off"

"That is my mate and I'm not letting some guy who she is terrified of take her from me. Now fucking way." just then two other men walked in. "Three against one make your choice."

My father growled deciding whether it was worth it or not, finally he said, "Fine you want the girl talk her see if I care." and with that he left.

I looked at Tyler suddenly tired. "I'm sorry you had to deal with that douche bag. Are you okay?"

"Ya I'm fine just tired can you take me to my room?" I asked.

"Sure little one, let's go" with that he took my hand and lead me to my room. I grabbed to sweat pants and went to the bathroom to change. When I come back out he was sitting on my bed his eyes seemed kind of distant, I crawled next to he and he didn't look at me I place me hand on his shoulder and he jumped. "Oh you back" he said.

"Are you ok? You looked like you were in a different world."

He just chuckled and said "I was talking to my wolf silly girl it what we do."

"Oh I see. What about?"

"You" he smirked. I blushed and he pulled me into a hug. "Your so cute when you blush" I swear I must look like a tomato. He laughed and said "Go to sleep princess" he started to get up to leave. I freaked out and grabbed his hand.

"Please don't leave." I said not looking at his face. I let go of his hand. I heard him shuffle around and I thought he left until I felt the bed shift. Two strong arms wrapped around me.

"Of course I'll stay." we layed to gather and I feel asleep with a smile on my face.
