Levi being out of commission is forced back into service by his Alpha Commander Erwin. Not wanting to upset the Alpha he went along with the plan for the mission. What happens when they get back and things unfold in the showers? How will they react...
"Erwin, Levi still isn't fully healed yet. You can't serious think I'll let you have him on the front lines knowing this." Hanji said with her arms crossed with a frown. The scientist was one of the best in the ranks. Even though Levi could be an ass she cared about him, him being one of her closest and longest friend. "He still has about 4 weeks until his leg will be healed. I know you can see him still limping around the halls." She muttered softly.
"I can't help it Hanji. He's one of the best people we have and he's needed for this mission. Not just for his skill but also for his experience." Erwin said with a serious look on his face as he sat at his desk, papers scattered among the place. "Do you really think I want to have him get hurt even more? No. I don't but he's our best bet right now."
"If he uses 3DMG gear he'll end up hurting himself even more commander." She stated starting to grow more angry at the second. "How can you willingly just put your injured Omega on the front lines like that?"
Erwin's eyebrows furrowed as he slammed his hands onto the desk. "How dare you say that to me!" His eyes met the beta's and they held a fire that made her take a couple of steps back. Erwin had only had this look in his eyes a couple of times and Levi had been the only one to calm the tall alpha. "Are you doubting I care about him?" He could feel himself admitting his pheromones but at the moment he didn't care.
"Well I-"
"That's enough." Levi walked in with his usual scowl on his face but his eyes held concern and worry. He directed his eyes towards the blonde. "You need to calm down before I hit you. You have no need to be suffocating everyone within a 20 mile radius." He grunted out as he sat down on the couch that was right next to Erwin's desk. Hanji now being close to the door covering her nose. "Hanji you can leave. I've got it handled." He didn't even bat an eye at her as she went running out of the room. Erwin let out a loud growl going to move after the beta but was heal back as he saw the subtle movement of Levi gently grabbing his leg.
"Did you run here?" His protectiveness taking over as he walked over to the corporal. He frowned as he walked the raven retract his hand quickly.
"We aren't talking about me right now. I came here to calm your ass down. Why did you get so pissed? Hanji usually doesn't get under your skin." He said calmly crossing his legs, his shoes not going up to his knees as he had been in normal attire since he was out of commission since his injury.
The alpha straightened as he slowly grabbed the plan for the mission for tomorrow. "I need you on the front lines." He handed the paper to the small unclaimed omega. Said omega gave him a shocked look before looking over the paper.
"Erwin, I'm still injured. I won't be any help during the mission let alone in the front lines." Levi said with a frown on his face. He would usually be up for this type of thing but it hurt him to walk let alone ride a horse that would jerk his leg every time it took a step.
"You won't have to have to do anything but help me lead. I'll keep you protected if anything happens but I need you there." Erwin gently sat next to the Omega letting a calming scent out into the air.
"Fine, but only this once. If shit gets too bad I'm calling the shots." Levi said with a sigh and then yawned afterward. "Might as well get to bed then. It's already late and we'll be up early in the morning." He slowly stood up gritting his teeth accidentally putting too much pressure onto his leg as he stood.
"Are you ok?" Erwin asked with worry in his voice quickly standing up to hold Levi by the arm.
"Fine." He eyed the commander with a weird look in his eyes. "What is with you lately? You've been acting more Alpha around me." Levi said with a huff not really liking how Alpha's liked to try to force him to submit just because he was the only Omega in the Survey Corps. He had taught them to not mess with him though. He might be an Omega but he wasn't weak, not one bit.
Erwin pulled away quickly, his face flushing softly. "Sorry, I didn't know I was doing it. I think my rut's coming up soon or something. I'll try to keep myself under control from now on. I apologize for bothering you with it." He quickly shifted and moved over to the door opening for the corporal. "Have a good night Levi. I'll see you in the morning."
"Night Erwin." Levi shook his head as he left the room, his mind staying on the feeling Erwin had given him by just touching his arm.
