-Wednesday 3:20 pm-
I'm currently packing for California, I just got home from the mall. My mom made me get a black dress. I hate black, it's such an unhappy color yet without it, we'd have no detail or outline in this world.
I really despise packing because I can't fit everything I need inside of a suitcase that has a 50 POUND LIMIT? I mean c'mon, whoever made that rule obviously didn't have a good sense of fashion.
*Bedroom door knocks*
"Open sesame" , I said.
It was my mom.. With an awfully weird yet happy look on her face..
"Luna.. Your dad sent you a letter!" She says.
"Ugh mom! Why would you tell me? You know I don't want anything to do with dad.." I replied.
"Honey, I know he hurt you but he only means well. Promise me you'll read it?"
"Fine! Only because you want me to."Ugh, did this just happen?! I threw the letter on my desk not wanting anything to do with it. Basically, my dad left us because he couldn't "afford" a family, but after that he started a new family. Which sucks so bad. But on the bright side, at least he's not dead or COMPLETELY out of my life..
-Wednesday 5:18 pm-
I just finished packing & now I'm just lying down on my bed. I decided I'm not reading that letter until I get back from California. I don't want a "nice note" from my dad putting me in an even worse mood. After all, shouldn't he be encouraging his new family, not me?
Hey, I know what you're thinking. I have a crazy life but it's only making me stronger.I'm honestly not ready for my flight. & I definitely don't want to wake up super early tomorrow, that's the worst part. But I'm just ready to get this over with so my amazing grandmother can rest in peace. I'll update you guys tomorrow on how the stupid flight goes.
