Morning Dreams

Recap: I suppose we fell asleep watching the movie, cause all I remember is waking up, cuddling with Ethan.

"Morning sunshine" is the first words I hear when I wake up. "Good morning Ethan" I reply. Then I remember, dang! It's Monday! "Oh man, Ethan what time is it?" I ask, "it's 10, why?" He asks. "It's Monday!" I yell. "Yeah, too bad I can't go" he says, "what? Why not?" I ask, "yeah, broken nose jerk face, remember?" He says while laughing. "Well, I guess I better get going" I say. "Wait up a second" Ethan says, then he stands up and kisses me on the cheek. "...thanks" I say nervously, I bet my face turned tomato red. "Want me to walk with you to school?" Ethan asks, "umm..sure" I reply. Then we take off for school, Ethan walks me to my class, then he has to get escorted out of the school hallway by the hallway monitors. Gosh, why is he so darn adorable.

School went by slowly, probably because I was excited to see Ethan. When I walked out of my 7th hour class, I saw Ethan standing by the entrance to the school, holding a bouquet of roses. And he had a big grin on his face. He was wearing a date suit, was this for me? I walked up to him and he grabbed my hand and led me outside to his car. Obviously we weren't going to the dorm rooms, we could have easily just walked down the sidewalk and been there. So where were we going?

"Where are you taking me, Ethan?" I ask curiously, "it's a surprise" he says while smiling. After a little while of just chitchat, we finally arrive at the destination. It's a fair, and it was huge. "Wow" I say in amazement, "do you like it?" He asks. "Do I like it? I LOVE it" I say excitingly, then he smiles and bends down on one knee. What is he up to. He pulls a bracelet out of his pants pocket, and then looks up to me. "Will you do the honors of being my girlfriend?" He says. "Is that even a question?" I say smiling. "Of course I will" I reply. Then he puts the bracelet on my wrist and then I notice that he has a matching one on his. After that we go and play some games and ride on the Ferris weel, then he drives us back to the dorm room.

"You wanna know something?" Ethan says out of the blue, "what is it?" I ask, "I liked you from the start" he says, "..I did too but I was to upset about the rooms being switched to realize it" I reply. "Well this is kinda a weird question but, do you want to stay in my room tonight?" He asks, "sure" I say nervously. We head to bed and we both fall asleep in each other's arms.
Then we get woken up by the blaring intercom:
*STUDENTS, THERE WILL BE NO SCHOOL FOR THE NEXT TWO DAYS DUE TO THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION BETWEEN TEACHERS ABOUT THE FLU*

"Well, why couldn't they have told us sooner?" I say frustrated, "it's freakin 2:38 a.m." Ethan says sleepily. "Welp goodnight Ethan" I say, "goodnight" he replies.
