"I got a post-card from Elijah yesterday!" Rebekah Mikaelson said in a tone full of excitement.

"Oh, and let me guess. You haven't opened it yet?" Niklaus Mikaelson successfully guessed.

"Of course not, Nik! I could not open it all alone while you were partying along with some random vampire sluts! That would be inappropriate. Besides, you two are older than I am and you have the command."

Rebekah, a beautiful blonde with blue eyes, sat down next to her brother, took a knife and opened the blue envelope with care. Her eyes ran the piece up and down.

"Well? What does it say?" Kol murmured as he took a sip of his hot tea.

"Oh" Rebekah suddenly exclaimed, "That's bad."

"What the hell does he say in it?" Klaus questioned, curiously enough.

"He says, no bloodletting. No fresh blood for a week! It is that, or we kill someone who is traveling alone and get rid of the body..." an unsure sister of theirs explained in shock.

"He says what?!" Kol almost spat his tea out of his mouth, "We can't do that!"

"I have to go with Kol on that one. Elijah is obviously joking." Klaus agreed.

"Take a look for yourselves, come on!" she demanded and passed the post-card to them.

"'Dear Rebekah, please tell our dearest brothers that Finn and I demand no bloodletting while on board. You are not allowed to kill anybody on the ship or else, you will attract the hunters' or even our father's attention, and possibly that's not what you wish. However, if you are determined not to control your lust, please do have in mind that you will need to feed from a loner and then get rid of the corpse. I truly had no intentions to ruin your voyage. My sincere apologies for doing exactly that. Faithfully your brother, Elijah Mikaelson' blah, blah, blah!" Klaus mimicked in an ironic tone, then passed it to Kol. "None sense. This is a joke. A very distasteful joke."

"Wait a minute, Nik. There's an extra. 'This is not a joke, I'm afraid. Take my words into consideration or please, stay in England. Thank you.'" Kol read out loud.

"Things are getting very dry, I suppose." Rebekah said as she got up.

"So? What are we going to do? Stay here and start a new life, or board the damn ship and die of thirst?" Kol inquired, looking very confused.

"Oh, I'm not bloody staying in England! I'd rather stake myself." Klaus stated sternly.

"Whatever you do, I do, brother." Kol agreed and they both glanced over to Rebekah.

"Don't you dare look at me like this, you bloody idiots. Of course I'm coming with you!"
