Nothing seemed to register in Natasha's mind for a while as she laid there in an awkward position on the floor. This man had really pushed her hard. But what knocked the floor from underneath her were his words.
He stared amusingly at her. Even his amusement had a sadistic vibe to it. He enjoyed triggering that reaction out of her.
Standing up, he brought the bra towards her face. "Is that what you wanted to hear?"
Nevertheless already quite, she couldn't conjure any words and gawked at him - all blank and confused.
"Did you really think I'd be that pathetic, hmm? That you will throw lollipops and I'll dance to your seductions?" He seethered the words out.
"..."
"That was my choice to throw this out to implant this thought in your mind that this is what I wanted. I thought you'd be smarter to crack it, but boy was I wrong!" He shouted as he tore apart the bra and threw it behind him.
"...I was never going to give you this anyway!" She bit back, gaining composure and trying to hide her slipup. Ofcourse she didn't know he would show up this fast and that too in the morning hours. She was just considering the options. He could have atleast given her one day to make something productive out of his first task.
He narrowed his eyes. "Like I said I thought you'd be smarter. But your lies also seem to say otherwise."
"You didn't even give me time!" She said as tears welled up in her eyes. Not ready to drop out, but enough to make her eyes watery and vision hazy. Even if she tried to remain in control, she couldn't stop herself from thinking of the possibilities that what he would do to her now. She didn't want to be part of his twisted plans but all other ways seemed equally terrifying to her. She wished if she was more courageous to fight back instead of running away from others, and ownself.
His eyes noticed the effects she was showing. Her eyes held vulnerability and hands trembled in uncertainty. "So you decided to wander around instead?"
She couldn't hold anymore as one trail of tear trickled down her cheeks. She growled. "I have life out there, you know, before you decided to ruin it for me!"
He chuckled in mock sympathy. "Darling I haven't even started yet."
"I known what you're trying to do and I am not going to give in so easily." She drew a deep breath as she spoke so.
"Let us leave that to time. Shall we?" He sat on the bed, crossing his legs while she remain struck to the floor.
"Get out. There's still time before I call the police."
"Don't you know I can see through these empty warnings. Well, that reminds me where are my three things?" He said as he scanned her up and down. Always pathetic.
"I. DIDN'T. GET. THE. TIME. TO. GET. THEM."
"So you want me to help you reclassify your priorities now?" He chimed.
"Please give me one more day." She begged.
"And let this chance to slip away?" He said and as she averted her eyes from him, he continued to speak,"It's very important to remind you what rules are not to be broken."
She kept staring at the floor, hoping him to be all words. She didn't want to test his limits. He was still very much stranger to her but his ways of intimidation didn't go unnoticed to her. He had a certain hawk-like penetrarive vision which seemed to see beyond her mental walls. Even his calculative steps told her he was the person who wouldn't even walk for five seconds without planning his every step and the gap in between.
