Sophie and Keefe were still outside, mid-kiss, when the ball let out and students came running like a stampede. The sudden loud noise that interrupted the perfectness of the silent night startled Sophie and broke the kiss. She looked back over her shoulder to see the students. She giggled and turned back to Keefe, whose arms were still wrapped around her waist.

"Looks like we've been caught!" She whispered, smiling teasingly.
"Not quite!" Keefe whispered back devilishly as he closed his eyes briefly and they began levitating. Sophie squeezed him tighter, looking at all the students below, who were blissfully unaware of the love-struck teenagers hovering above. Her hair blew all over, the wind forcing it to fly. Keefe laughed as it hit Sophie and got stuck in the remains of her lip gloss. He pushed it out of her lip gloss and pulled her in for a kiss, his lips finding hers easily. Sophie wrapped her arms around his head again and rustled through his hair. Oh, how she loved the amazing feeling of Keefe's lips against hers, and the feeling of his arms around her, keeping her safe.

Keefe let go briefly, taking a few breaths and lowering them down onto the roof of the building. Sophie let go of his neck and gasped.

"Keefe, this is awesome!" she whispered, fully admiring the elegant background before her. The shining stars, the space beyond, the beauty of the moon, made it perfect. She turned to him, her eyes in wonder. He smiled, grabbing her hand.

They sat a few more minutes gazing at the sky before he spoke.
"How long have you liked me?" He asked, eyes still peering at the moon.

Sophie turned to him, fixing her gaze into his. "For a while, I guess, but I wouldn't admit it," she added.

"Was that all those Foster feelings I kept feeling?" Keefe asked humorously. Sophie laughed and leaned in for another kiss. How perfectly did they fit together, she thought, as they kissed. The way she held his head, the way their faces fit together, how their bodies fit together... it was perfect. Not too perfect, like her and Fitz, but this was perfect. They weren't the dream couple, the ones that everyone expected, but their flaws and imperfections were what made them perfect for each other. Sophie felt that love flow through her for him and for everything about him. She deepened the kiss and turned her head more to the side to give him better access.

After the kiss came to a natural end, they let go, gazing lovingly into each other's eyes. Sophie memorized every detail of his handsome face, from his ice-blue eyes to the shape of his lips and every fleck of hair. Keefe smiled and ran his hand down her cheek.

He focused on her eyes as he spoke. "I've waited so long for you, Sophie," he whispered, love and admiration in his eyes.

Sophie took in a breath. "You called me Sophie!" She whispered in surprise and shock. He laughed and brushed aside a hair.

"I love you," he told her, eyes shining.

Sophie smiled even larger. "I love you too!"

Just as they were leaning in again to kiss, they heard a giggle and Biana's voice.

"LOVEBIRDS, WE'RE STILL WAITING!" She yelled, breaking the kiss and leaving Sophie and Keefe rubbing their jaws.

Biana laughed. "You forgot it was sleepover night, didn't ya!"

Sophie winced because she did.

"RACE EVERYONE!" Dex shouted as he began to run. "LAST ONE BACK HAS TO CLEAN UP !" Keefe laughed and picked her up again, bringing her close to levitate down.Wait! She transmitted to Keefe, who paused. She levitated them further into the air and looked at Keefe, confused but trusting. She slipped into his mind for just a second on accident and saw it.
