Taking the kids out!

Author's note: As (Y/N) is recovering, she takes the kids off of Link's hands for once! But this time with new guests as well! Hope you'll like this one! Credits to artist! Also there's a new member to the key: (f/f). This stands for your favorite flavor. 

*It's morning and about 9 A.M.*

"Ugh... What happened?" You asked out loud. Wait. One. Minute. I can talk again! Yes!!!

"Well-a, for-a starters, you got-a sick and-a collapsed." Said a doctor coming out of his office. "Oh. Well will I be okay?" She asked hopefully.

The Doctor flipped pages in his clipboard "Yes, and-a you-a should be-a out by today-a." 

"Yes!" You exclaimed happily. Being in bed is fun, but you missed everyone! "Can I leave now, Doc?" You asked excitingly. 

"Yes-a just-a get-a changed and take-a nice warm-a shower." The Doctor said with a smile. 

You went back up to your room, but no greeting along the way, you were in a rush, you took a relaxing, calm shower, and immediately put on your attire and left. 

Once you went into the lunchroom, almost EVERY smasher went up to you. Questions were being shouted: "Are you okay?!" "What happened?" "How did you survive that?" "Wanna eat some floor ice cream?!" (That's a Kid Icarus reference!) 

You got yourself away from the crowd and sneakily made your way to the breakfast line. I'll answer the questions later, for now, I'm gonna eat! You thought.

After that whole question fiasco, everyone had calmed down and you explained that you had a flu. Nobody knew what that was... But it sounded dangerous! 

*(Y/N)'s POV*

Once I was done explaining things to everyone, I was tackled by all the children! Including a dinosaur and another pink puffball with large eyes!!! 

They were all crying... Oh.... I hugged all of them tightly and said "It's okay, I'm here now, and nothing bad will happen to me, okay?" 

They all nodded, still crying. That's when I kissed every one of their heads. 

That's when I had an AMAZING IDEA!!! "How about I take you kids out for the day?" I asked them. All their faces brightened like Christmas morning. Aw, how adorable! 

Immediately, Link disagreed with me. "Nope (Y/N), what if you get sick again?" He asked.

"Hehe. I won't get sick just going outside, Link!" I told him. "Yeah, but I wouldn't want to risk it." He replied. 

"Well, it will only be for awhile." I said confidently. "But-" Link started, but was interrupted by the little kids! 

They all started begging for me to come with them. "Please! It'll only be for a while!" Many of them cried.

I only shrugged torwards Link. "It's majority vote, Link." I said grinning as I left to get a bag for our journey.

*Timeskip to out of Smash Mansion*

"Now, where does everyone want to go?" I asked eagerly. All I heard was "Ice cream!" & "Sweets!!!" Guess we're getting candy and sweets. 

As I tried to find a local candy shop, I let the kids play a game of tag. Before I had left, I luckily found a map of what was to do around here... "Hmm..." I said as I examined the map. 

I looked up at the kids to see the dinosaur as "it." That's when these two little kids went up to me. They looked like siblings, one had a purplish/bluish eskimo outfit, and the other with a pink eskimo outfit. They both looked at me. "Why, hello there! What's your name's?" I asked cheerfully. 

Both of them then looked at each other then responded, the purple coated going first. "I'm Popo." He replied. "And I'm Nana." The Pink one said.

"Well, it's very nice to meet both of you." I said. 

*Timeskip to after the children's game, it's third person's POV now!*

Finally, (Y/N) was able to navigate where the sweet shop was. She looked back at all of the kids. That's when you reached into your bag to pull out multiple water bottles. They were all sweaty and panting, so you gave one to each if them.

We all started walking to the sweets shop now, and luckily, we made it in one piece! Good job (Y/N). You said within your mind.

The children all start to look around, there's ice cream all alined in the freezer isle. But, candy that you can put within a bag to be weighed... Gummies, Chocolates, brownies, mini cakes, & everything!

(Y/N) gave them a limit of one sweet per kid. And with that said, they took of of what they would like.

Ness got: A classic chocolate bar

Lucas: A small brownie

Toon Link: An ice cream sandwich

Kirby: A slice of strawberry cake 

Jigglypuff: Triple scoop of ice cream (Chocolate, Strawberry, and Birthday cake)

Yoshi: A caramel apple

Popo: Grape flavored snow cone

Nana: Strawberry flavored snow cone

Pikachu: Poke poffins (they're macrons, but for Pokemon)

Villagers: Each got one scoop of ice cream 

And (Y/N) got (f/f) of ice cream! (If you don't like ice cream, then you can get something else!)

You all went to the tables outside and enjoyed your sweet treats. With the laughter from them it seemed like it was a good day. 

Finally, as you were going home, you learned that the dinosaur was nice and friendly, and it's name was Yoshi. And the other puffball was named Jigglypuff. 

When you made it back it was pretty late. And Link had about a million questions of what happened. But as luck would have it, he was swarmed by all the kids telling him of what a good time they had. 

(Y/N) went to each of the kid's rooms and kissed them goodnight, or tucked them in. You went to sleep way later than you thought, but hey, at least you had a good day with them.

Author's note: WHOOP. Gotta another chapter done! Yas. I've been thinking that I need to post every other day now. I focus one whole day on the fanfic, make a few adjustments and keep writing, then post it the next. Right, but now, what will happen to (Y/N) in the next chapter? Who will she hang out with?
