I roll out of the cafeteria after devouring my bagged lunch into the hallway but I'm immediately greeted by Damian. Though he wasn't targeting me. He was cornering someone else, though I couldn't see who. Leave it to him to be the biggest jerk to everyone in school. As I moved closer, I could hear a bit of their conversation. "You think you're a hero? You're weak." Damian said harshly. "You thought you could protect that kid if you stepped in like the 'savior' you are. And now you're going to have to pay." I can tolerate Damian when he's just torturing me, but when I see him doing this kind of thing to someone else, I can't stand it. Going as fast as I possibly could. I rolled right into Damian. It definitely didn't hurt him much, but at least I took his attention away from whoever he was talking to. "Well, well, well. It seems we have another 'hero' amongst us! The cripple wants justice!" Before I knew it he grabbed my chair and flipped me over. Ow. "Have fun with your 'Make A Wish' dream." He said as he walked away. Man, did I mention how much I didn't like this guy? "Oh my god, are you ok?!" I heard a voice ask. It was the girl Damian was giving a hard time to. I looked up at her as I said "Yeah, I'm fine." Though my eyes widened a bit in the middle of that sentence once I realized I was talking to Anne, which probably made it seem like there was something wrong with me. She pulls my chair upright as she says, "That was really cool of you to step in. Thank you." "Oh, thanks. That guy sucks." I reply. "Definitely. I'm gonna find a teacher who can get you back up, I'll be right back." I then realized that, while my chair was standing, I was still on the floor.
