Chapter 14

Jack's point of view

We were on the set till 8:30 and most of it was just them re- shooting the same scene until the director and crew thought it was perfect. After filming everyone was tired and hungry so we went yo Dylan and Caden's house Mary ordered pizza. We ate and us guys played video games and the girls were doing who knows what.
" So jack how was your date with Dylan" Finn asked.
" it wasn't a date it was just two people getting to know each other. Unless Dylan said something else" i said.
"Dylan never talks boys with us but from what i heard it was just a hangout" rush said.
"When are you going to ask her out" wyatt asked.
" never. I don't think she likes me other than a friend" i said.
" she does she is just scared of putting herself out there. She may seem tough and everything but that's just to prevent herself from getting hurt" caden said.
"I have never seen Dylan smile at someone and touch someone that isn't us" carson said.
"Ask her out she will say yes" rush said.
"Ok... how do I ask her out" i said.
"Ask her to hangout movies and ice cream seems nice and simple"   finn said.
"Get her a little gift a teddy bear or a new hoodie" noah said.
"Tell her you like her and then ask her to be your girlfriend" hayden said.
"Ok... Should i go ask her now" i asked.
"Yes" they all said.
I took a deep breath and stood up. I walked to the girl hangout area to see if they were there but they weren't. I then walked to Dylan's room and knocked on the door.
"Who is it" someone shouted.
"Its Jack... Can i talk yo Dylan" i said. I waited there for a bit until dylan opened the door and stepped out closing the door behind her.
"Hey everything okay" she asked.
"Yeah... There's something i wanted to ask you"i said.
"Yeah" she asked.
"Would you like to go on a date with me tomorrow" i asked.
She stood there staring a me and that's when i regretted saying anything.
"Its okay if you don't want to..." i started before getting cutting off by Dylan's lips on mine. SHE KISSED ME! Well technically it was just a peck but it still counted.
" i would love to go on a date with you" she said.
" c... Cool how does four sound" i asked.
"Sounds great see you then... Goodnight jack" she said before pecking my lips again.
"Goodnight my queen" i said in a 'trance'.
"Does that make you my king" she asked.
"If you want me to be" i said.
"I would love nothing more" she said.
"Then its a deal... I believe my queen needs to go to bed know" i said. She smiled at me.
"Goodnight my queen" she pecked me again .
