Thomas POV

I saw them come in after the nurse and I looked at Alex. He looked confused as if he was unsure of what had happened just then.

Then, his face grew scared and he jumped up and ran to the corner of the room and geld his hands up like he was ready to fight. I looked back at the gang and saw Dean, the man who molested Alex. He was smiling at Alex and waved, with a smug grin on his disgusting face. "Hey. Stop being an ass and looking at my boyfriend."

Dean looked at me and got a scared look on his face when he noticed who I was. The brother of the leader of the gang, the little brother, though, my fists didn't feel that way when they hit your face without hesitance. Or the gun in my hands that would shoot without hesitance if you messed with the gang or leaked information. I looked at my brother, George, or if your calling him by his gang name, Big G. Kinda stupid, so it suits him.

I looked back at Alex and he looked rightfully confused by what was going on. I waved him over to me, and he slowly walked towards me. "Babe, these are 'friends' of my brother. That's dean, as you know. George, my brother. Grady, Andrew and Loyde."

He nodded and held out his hand for a handshake. "Hi. I'm Alex." None of them moved an inch, they just stared at him. "Ok then." He just put his hand back at his side.

"So I see you picked yourself a pretty good twink bro." George said.

I shot a glare at him, and growled, "he's not a twink. He's my boyfriend. Now, I need to rest. So get the fuck out."

George and the rest of the gang looked at me surprised before doing what I asked and leaving the room. But not before dean giving Alex a wink. I wanted to dart out of the room and smash his face in but I couldn't because my leg was so infected I couldn't move it. I looked at Alex and just stared at him until he made eye contact with me.

"Thomas. Who were they, really? I have a feeling they are not just friends of your brother."

Alex's POV

I looked at Thomas. Knowing that the people who left weren't just friends. They were either trouble or people that will get Thomas into trouble or killed.

"I won't ask again Thomas. Who were they?"

He stared at me for a long time. Finally he opened his mouth to answer me when a nurse came in for another dose of pain killers.

The nurse left and Thomas looked at me again.

"Sit down. This is big news."

I didn't like that so I sat down. "What is it? Who are they Thomas and what were they doing here?"

"I'm in a gang."
