Young kids who think they can do whatever they want

Okay so to begin with I don't love kids. But it drives me to the brink of insanity when they follow you into rooms only you want to be in. Or start looking at your phone or laptop without your permission. It annoys me, even more, when the parents don't care. Like honestly do you want to have to bail your kid out of jail one day?  Or have to deal with them in prison? Because if you don't discipline them it will backfire. Either your gonna have grandkids when your child is 16 or younger and they will work at Mcdonalds. Or they will be locked up for breaking and entering.
