Chapter 6 The 4 Penguins

Later Isabeau look fourth and back and she started saying:" Hello?" Echos came from the circus.

"Is the announcer here?"Keetah looks scared scared as well.

"Oh, it's no use, no one's here. I guess I am gonna have to track down the owners elsewhere," Keetah suddenly saw something and Isabeau heard something behind her. "Something strange is going on here,"

As Isabeau is going to leave, something hit her and she fell. After a while, Isabeau woke up and asked herself:" Where is this?"

Suddenly, she heard a voice saying:" Ah. She is awake sir," when she turned her head, she saw a penguin holding a clipboard.

"This CAN'T be happening. I'm dreaming, right? I've got to be! I just gotta pinch myself and wake up!" but when she pinched herself, she doesn't think that she is dreaming and saw herself being tied to the chair.

"Oh, you HAVE to be kidding me. AHHHH! What kind of nightmare IS THIS? I WANNA go home!" Suddenly a sound said:" Quit your sobbing, spy!" its a penguin and it is holding the gun.

It jumped to a box and point the gun to Isabeau saying:" ALRIGHT YOU! Spurt the beans! Who do you work for?"

"That voice, you're the announcer?"

"I'm asking the questions here missy! Identify yourself!"

"But I'm not a spy. I swear!"

"Don't lie to me,'sweet cheeks'! We don't know HOW or WHEN you stole Rico's tranquilizer, but we know you're up to some funny business!"

"That's RIDICULOUS! How would you know that?"

"Tell her, Kowalski," So Kowalski showed his clipboard to Isabeau and said:" We've been making up some theories about you concerning how you've been trying to 'track us down'. Suppose you could evaluate more on them,"

"Perhaps you set us up so we can rescue you and you faked passing out so you could spy on us!" said Kowalski."While at it, you sneakily swipe Rico's gun as evidence of our secret identities. Then, you reported to your devions boss who sent you to capture us. Does this sound familiar to you?"

Isabeau stood there a while and said:" Since when did penguins start watching spy movies? Stop being so exaggerating!"

Then the penguin said:" So that's how you wanna play, huh? If it's exaggerating you want......it's exaggerating you'll get.RICO!" Rico quickly lit up the cannon leaving Isabeau screaming.

Suddenly a penguin came out from the curtain and asked if everything is fine. It saw everything and he told Skipper to cease the fire.

Skipper then said:" Private, what did I tell you about butting your beak into interrogations?" Rico looks sad that he has to cease the fire.

Private then said:" There must be another way to get answers from her, Skipper. Let me try. Why hello miss, I'm Private, what's your name?"

"Isabeau Lance,"

"Splendid to meet you, Miss Lance! What brings you here?"

"Well after I got robbed here last night, I realized I was rescued by a tranquilizer. I just wanted to thank who saved me. I'm sorry of it was wrong of me to snoop around. Just please let me go,"

Suddenly Kowalski thinks that Isabeau is telling the truth. But Skipper said:" Not so fast, Sherlock. I can't seem to bring myself to believe her cute little maid tale,"

So Kowalski said:" Oh, but she's honest, Skippah! Uncle Nigel taught me how to detect a lie!"

"But your uncle can never tell who STOLE the tranquilizer!"

Private then said:" Oh,you were looking for the dart gun? I think I dropped it when we were carrying her home,"

Everyone stood at their pace for a while and starred at Private, think that he didn't do that. Later, Rico helped to cut the rope while Kowalski said:" Sorry for the trouble, Miss Lance,"

"Oh, its okay, penguin friend,"

Skipper then said:" I think I owe you a personal apology myself, doll. Put her there,"

Isabeau cannot imagine that there are these kinds of penguins and asked Skipper:" You guys are SPIES!"

"The elitest of the elite's what we like to call it. However, that's all top secret stuff,"

"Cool! I never thought birds like you actually exist! Jolie would be a FREAK!"

"Hold up! Who is this 'Jolie'?"

"Oh she is my best friend! I think she'd be happy to meet you guys......"

Suddenly Skipper stopped her and told her not to tell anyone as they like to keep things really 'low-key'.

"A little blabber from that soft mouth of yours and our cover gets blown. End of story. You have a heavy responsibility to NOT SELL us out,"

"Okay. You have my promise, Mr Spy Penguin,"

"Good. Also name's Skipper, not 'Spy Penguin'. Right behind you have Kowalski and over there is Rico, and of course, we also have our little Private,"

Kowalski said to Skipper:" I think it is safe to let out the ferocious beast sir,"

"Affirmative, Kowalski. Out you go, fuzzball!" Keetah was scared but Isabeau is ready to take hi home.

"Nice ball of fluff you got there doll," said Skipper.

"Oh! Uh, thanks, he's my furby.....Aw crap! I just remembered I have violin class today,"

"Violin eh? Pretty class hobby you got. Be careful not to run into anymore robbers, doll,"

"Hehe, aye aye sir,"

"And remember, you didn't see anything!"

Isabeau remembered what he said and left the circus.
