Chapter 5 Mystery Revealed?

"Sorry Isabeau, wasn't me," said Jolie.

"It wasn't? But Jolie Tasha, you are the queen of games and shooters!"

"Aww, I am flattered but......a pint-sized toy gun? Seriously?"She ever had baby Nerfs as a kid but never got a small gun as the one Isabeau brought.

Isabeau starts to be curious, who does the gun belong to. So Jolie asked:" Well, where were you before you had it?"

"That's exactly what I was trying to figure out!" So Isabeau told Jolie the purse incident when she went back to retrieve her purse and the announcer is still there.

"WHAT DID HE SAY?" Although Isabeau can't remember, but she said:" I think it had something to do with the penguins though,"

"OMG? Really?" Isabeau nodded her head, means its true.

"THE MYSTERY IS UNCOVERED! IT'S TIME TO TELL THE WORLD ABOUT THIS!"shouted Jolie. But Isabeau told Jolie not to say it yet. This is because the story haven't come to the point.

So she continued the story when her purse was stolen by somebody and tried to stop her. She also said that someone caught him as well and that's all she remember. At the same time, Jolie looks serious and writing something.

"AH-HA!" shouted Jolie. "What?Did you figure it out?"

"Nope, I finally figured out how to beat Sudoku! Anyway, I think I know what happened to you last night at the circus,"

"You do?" said Isabeau.

"What IF, the announcer was a penguin and he saved you by shooting the thief with that TOY GUN?"

"Jolie. no,"

"Are you CRAZY ISABEAU? How does that never happen?"

"Am I CRAZY, are You CRAZY? What you said sounds like the plot of a chessy homemade comic some teen made out of boredom!"

Jolie though of that too, so she asked:" So what do we do now?"

"Helen got a job as a detective's assistant once! Let's ask her!"

So Isabeau press the door bell when they reached Helen's house. A butler came out and asked:" Good day miss. How may I help you?"

"Is Helen Tara at home?"

"Ah I'm afraid not. She's at work right now, but it depends on whether she will pass by this area,"

"Pass-by?" said Jolie.

Suddenly a bundle of newspaper hit Isabeau and when she turns her head back, its Helen. She apologizes for the aiming. She is okay with Helen until she saw the incident and it says:"Man Tranquilized After Circus Show"

"So how's your job as a newspaper girl?" asked Jolie.

"I gotta say it's kinda refreshing," said Helen.

"GIRLS, I think I found something......"

"WHAT'S UP?" Helen asked.

After Isabeau said about everything, Helen then asked her:" YOU GOT ROBED? Why didn't you call the police?"

"Yeah, but I want to know who saved me first! It makes absolutely no sense that the guy blacked himself out. Or how I was brought back home by no one at all," said Isabeau.

So they started to figure out who did this. Helen started the discussion saying:" According to this, it wasn't the police. They were only informed about the situation after saw the man,"

"Yeah! What kind of policeman would be armed with a miniature toy gun? People like that would be on the FREAK channel!" said Jolie with confidence.

"People who put their shoes on the couch like YOU would be on FREAK CHANNEL. Let me see that toy,"

"So what do you think?"asked Isabeau.

"To be honest, it looks very harmless. I don't see how this can relate to the crime at all," said Helen. But Jolie snatched they toy gun and means that she can has it. "HEY Jolie! GIVE IT BACK!"

"Don't be stingy just because you know better!"

They shot each other and there are darts from the gun and suddenly Isabeau saw both of them shot with darts and fell to the floor.

Isabeau picked the toy gun and realized that the small gun shoots not any darts, but tranquilized darts!

"WAIT A MINUTE!" This means the toy gun was related to the crime and someone could have shot the man. She doesn't think that the announcer will never use this kind of weapon.

Isabeau flashbacks to that little gun and what she heard from the circus and starts to think that isn't true. Keetah saw and come closer to her.

"Ow, thanks Keetah! I guess I should really calm down. Maybe this is all a huge misunderstanding. But since he has some clues he can give us. TO THE CIRCUS!"

Suddenly the butler saw Helen and Jolie at the floor and was shook. Isabeau then screamed:"IT WASN'T ME!"
