Chapter One Part 2

Applause instantly filled the air as our host emerged from behind the curtain, looking her absolute sexiest in a long, blonde wig while donning a rather exquisite, white long-flowing, lacey dress overlayed with an equally exquisite blue chiffon shawl, very reminiscient of Bella Donna. She even wore the knee-high suede boots with leg warmers, completing the ensemble.

"Good afternoon, everyone. Welcome to Ask Phoebe. You may wonder why I'm dressed like this. Does this remind you of anyone?" Phoebe asked, performing her best twirl.

Suddenly, the crowd went crazy as their rock idol emerged from behind the curtain, as well, also dressed in the same fashion, but wearing the black Stand Back shawl with gold orbs while performing the famous twirl with absolute perfection.

"Wow! And I thought I had practiced that, too. Well, folks, I guess it's true what they say, nobody does a twirl quite like Stevie Nicks. Absolutely nobody. And, Stevie, I want to thank you personally for coming out today. I appreciate it so much. You just made my day. But, then again, how could you not?" Phoebe added, and after embracing her friend, turned to face the audience once again. "Hey, everybody, let's make welcome The Queen of Rock and Roll herself, Stevie Nicks!"

Suddenly, the crowd went crazy, everyone jumping onto their feet as the band members emerged from behind the curtain, took up their respective positions, and began playing their old hit Stand Back, at which point Stevie began working her magic by stooping down to her famous crouch, then began belting out the lyrics with her usual passion and intensity, as well as performing numerous twirls, spinning her way into everyone's hearts. Once the song had finally come to an end, all of the band members took a quick bow, then graciously disappeared behind the curtain once again.

"Stevie, you know, you age more gracefully than any woman ever. You're like a fine wine. You just keep getting better with age," Phoebe said, seating herself across from Stevie.

"Oh, you're just saying that because we're friends."

"No, actually, it's undeniable. And I hope that I look as lovely as you do when I turn your age. And, apparently, it must be rubbing off, too, because Sharon and Lori both look absolutely amazing, as well," Phoebe said, then looked to see both ladies emerge from behind the curtain once again, along with Lindsey Buckingham and his wife, Kristen, who also seated themselves in the chairs opposite from Stevie and Phoebe. "Stevie, we're all excited about the new upcoming album, as well as the new tour. Unfortunately, I think everyone has seen the latest video on YouTube. Apparently, you and Lindsey had a little tift, shall we say, which resulted in you actually firing him. And, in retaliation, he's suing you for $15 million dollars. Obviously, you were upset and confronted him at his home concerning the matter. Would you care to elaborate?"

"Well, what can I say? It's no secret that Lindsey and I use to be romantically involved. But I dumped him for my career. And I take the blame for that. I do. Totally."

"But?"

"But he's never forgiven me for that. Never. Which has always resulted in a little bit of hate and discontent between the two of us. And with us working together all of these years, it finally came to a head the other day. I just couldn't take it anymore."

"You bet your sweet a** it did, Stevie Nicks!" Kristen snapped, just looking for the perfect opportunity to explode. "Who the hell do you think you are, anyway? Well, I for one am not going to sit idly by and watch as you slowly destroy my husband!"

"Kristen, would you relax, please? Don't you think you're overreacting just a bit?"

"No, I won't! It's time to finally hash this thing out once and for all."
