Chapter Seven

Chapter 7:

"This is... Suzumoto. Her body is still here." Ayumi seemed like she was about to cry. Yoshiki walked over to her and turned her so that she couldn't see the blood and gore.

"It'll be okay." He said. Then, Ayumi went still. Her eyes opened unnaturally wide and an inhuman smile spread across her face.

She began to laugh and pushed Yoshiki away. He was unprepared and fell to the ground. "Such fine craftmanship." Ayumi began inspecting the wall splat. She then laughed.

"Not that you would know, dumbass." She spat the last word out like venom, and walked away, leaving Yoshiki stunned.

It took a minute to process, but he realized that this was how she acted the first time. She was being possessed. He had to help her.

Yoshiki stood up and went the way Ayumi walked towards. "Ayumi?" He called out, hoping his wife was strong enough to put her own thoughts back in her head.

Ayumi laughed as she received some rope from Sachiko Shinozaki. "You can be a Shinozaki again!" The queen of Heavenly Host said. Ayumi smiled.

"What a plague on society men are. I can't wait to get rid of this one."

"I'll get Yoshikazu." Sachiko suggested.

"Perfect." Ayumi cackled and walked back to the area her husband was in.

"Ayumi! Are you okay?" Yoshiki asked.

"Y-Yeah." She panted out. Yoshiki seamed to believe that his wife was in her right mind, exactly what she wanted.

"That's good." Ayumi watched as Yoshikazu approached Yoshiki silently and swung the hammer, hitting Yoshiki enough to knock him out but not kill him.

"Can you get him to the bathroom please?" Ayumi asked as she went to work on tying the rope into a noose, working as if she had done it a hundred times.

Yoshikazu slowly dragged Yoshiki to the closest bathroom, taking longer then Ayumi hoped for, but she didn't complain. Yoshikazu tied him up and all that was left was for the bucket below Yoshiki to be kicked out.

Yoshiki woke up to see Ayumi smirking. "I can't believe you fell for that shit."

CLANK

The bucket was kicked to the ground, leaving Yoshiki gasping for breath.

"Auntie Yuka, how much do you know about this place?" Kana Mochida asked her aunt, Yuka Mochida after another earthquake had ceased.

"I know there are about four nexuses. So four different places exactly the same. But when one if the three that Sachiko originally killed is appeased, a nexus disappears, transferring everyone in said nexus to a random one. Anyone who dies in this school is here forever, feeling their pain at the time of death for eternity." Yuka answered.

Seiko had an odd look on her face, it looked as if she was concentrating quite hard.

"Yuki had been appeased." She said after quite awhile.

"What?" Yuka asked excitedly. "Really? By who?"

"I-I don't know. I'm sorry." Seiko said. "But at least that means we have a greater chance of finding your family."

"We should look for them." Kana suggested. Seiko and Yuka muttered in agreement.
