Since Ziva and Tony started dating Ziva has been acting different she is being really mean and tonight as the worst she drove me to my dad's house and threw my stuff out of the car and made me get out of the car and stay with my dad. I go into his house crying my eyes out and go look for my dad and found him downstairs. "What now DiNozzo." "Im not DiNozzo." "Jr. what are you doing here?" "Ziva kicked me out." "Why?" "Um well." "Spit it out." "I cant." "Oh yes you can." "I promised her I wouldnt." "And yet she kicked you out of her house." "Ok but you have to act like you dont know." "Ok." "Well her and Tony are dating." "THERE WHAT!!!." "Umm there dating." "Oh his ass is grass." "Please dont say anything I promised them I wouldnt." "Dont you worry I got something better in mind for them breaking rule 12 and for kicking you out of her house." "Ok." "How did you even get here?" "Ziva drove me and threw my stuff out of the car and made me get out." "Oh there in trouble." "What are you gonna do?"  "Youll see tomorrow." 

Gibbs' Pov

After last night I talked to Ducky and asked him if Tony can spend some time with him. "Morning boss." "DiNozzo,David." "Ya." "DiNozzo you will be helping Ducky out with the bodies and David your on desk duty." "What why?" "Cause I said so." "YOU TOLD HIM DIDNT YOU!" "No." "Ya right." and after Ziva said that she hit Jr. in the face. "Jr. are you ok?" She couldnt even say anything she was crying so hard. "David what the hell is wrong with you?" Ziva just shrugged it off "DINozzo go down to Ducky's NOW." "Ok boss." "Then I heard Jr. "I cant believe I ever trusted you or Tony. Escpecially you. Do you know how hard it is to trust someone?" with that Jr. started crying again and went under my desk and didnt stop crying until Mcgee brought her a starbucks to hopefully calm her down alittle which it did. At 5 I decided to leave. "Im leaving guys ill see you tomorrow. Oh and ZIva you have to work all night tonight and maybe tomorrow too.""Are you serious?" "Yep." "Me too." "Mcgee wanna come over for pizza?" "Sure boss but why are you being so nice all of a sudden?" "Because I am Mcgee do you really care?" "Sorry boss." "Mcgee call Abbs and see if she wants to come over too." "Um ok." "You have a problem with that Mcgee?" "Um no boss." "I know you love her Mcgee and she loves you." "You what?" "Dont act stupid with me if you just tell me the thruth then you wont be put on desk duty for how ever long it took you to tell me." "Ok I do like Abby." "Now that thats covered. What kind of pizza do you like?" "Ill eat whatever you get." "Ok" "Um dad can I tell you something in private?" "Sure." "Um well when I went to the bathroom today I um say Tony and Ziva well kissing." "WHAT!!!" "Ya they were in there." "Did they say anything?" "Well ZIva told me I better not tell you or else ill be in trouble with her." "Well then I guess we have to find a better solution so there not together at work."

I cant believe Gibbs is making me work all night. I really hope she didnt say anything about me and Tony before in the bathroom.
