At some point in every kid's life they dream of becoming a hero. More so when you live in a world where 80% of the human population has some sort of super power or as we call them, quirks. Of course I dreamt of becoming a hero but it's not exactly easy if you're quirkless.
At a very young age I learned that all men are not created equal. My childhood bully, Kacchan, saw me as nothing more than a stepping stone to becoming the number one hero. I suppose he's still on the path of becoming a hero, considering I saw him win the UA Sports Festival.
I was completely set on becoming a hero up until my last year in middle school when I ran into a villain on my way home. The villain was made of slime and he wrapped around me and began to suffocate me. None other than the number one hero, All Might, had come to my rescue. I asked him if I could become a hero and he said no, not without a quirk. I went home that night and began to research if it was possible to obtain a quirk without being born with one. I found nothing and I began to feel that Kacchan and All Might were right all along...
