I woke up as I could hear my alarm screaming for me to roll out of bed. I slammed my hand down on the snooze button. "Ugh." I moaned. Three minutes later, my alarm rang again. This time, I sat up and clicked off on the screen. After a minute of staring at the wall, I shuffled over to my washroom to get ready.

After I was done getting ready, I rushed out the door to try and catch my bus. I arrived just in time. I stepped onto bus 313 and left my pen sitting on the bench.
I ran into my office and quickly organized for my big meeting. Office, cubicle, whatever. Papers were flying around, stuff was falling out of my briefcase, I looked like crap from waking up late. Not a good time for my boss to come in. Of course, then he comes in. "Well, Beth. Ready for your meeting?" he asked. "Uh... ya." I stuttered, distracted by missing papers. He was silent for a few seconds. Then spitting out a "Good luck." as he walked away. I sighed as I collected my last missing paper and made my way to the meeting room.
I tripped into the meeting room, a couple minutes later and brought myself over to the front of the room. I laid down my briefcase, and started my presentation on a new format for the terms and conditions.
