Now, death is a really hard topic to talk about for some people. Either the death or a loved one, family member or pet. All of those affect how we feel. But I'm here to talk about how all cope differently to them.
Some people accept it right away and take it as it is a part of life and some people never let go of it. Because they don't want to. They don't want to forget that person so they grieve every night. Sometimes it's very unsettling to think about the fact that we're all going to die some day but that's just a part of life. And it really depends on how you look at it. You could look at it positively, like life is short so do what you love. Forgive everyone and you will live a happy life. Forgive and forget because we don't last forever. Those are just some positive ones. Negative thoughts seem to have a bigger impact nowadays. Like everything we do is meaningless so why bother. We're all going to die eventually. Why put in effort if we're all going to have the same outcome? Well life is short so you should do what you love and try to focus on the positive. If your having a bad day make sure that you do something to help you relax. Mental health is very important for a healthy life. Death will always be hard to accept but we just have to live in the moment. Enjoy life while it lasts❤️
