Ok so, I've been feeling a lot of emotions lately (as always lol) and I thought maybe it would help someone out if I wrote about them so here it goes.
Sadness - now when it comes to sadness or depression, you kind of have to go back to your roots. Do what you enjoy the most and take time for yourself. Self care is always important. Even if it's something small like painting your nails your favourite color or eating a whole cake. Just always make sure to take time for yourself

Anger - with anger it's much more difficult to get rid off but with anger you need a good routine, as well as some calming alternatives like drawing, listening to music, dancing, singing. Expressing yourself in some sort of healthy way that isn't punching a wall because that always ends with with bruised knuckles and that lasts for around a week.

Love - so this is a very difficult emotion to give advice on because everyone is different. Personally I'm a hopeless romantic who's a sucker for holding hands and watching movies. But sometimes things don't turn out the way you want them too and that's ok. Take your time, find time to live yourself before you live anyone else

Loneliness - this is even more difficult to talk about because again it's different for everybody. When I get lonely I like to look at old photos while listening to my favourite music from a time I was happy. And sometimes it'll make you cry or make you want to relive that moment because you will never know the value of a moment until it becomes a memory. Yes of course you'll want to go back to that place in time but sometimes you just need to keep your head high and try to move on. Or if your lucky you could try fixing it yourself if your up to the challenge. Just know that there are people who care for you even when it doesn't seem like it. All you have to do is speak up
