Hahaha, I'm back. I was listening to the song by Redlight King (I reccommend listening to it, by the way! 'City Life'.) which this is based on and suddenly realised that there is a story being told amongst the lyrics, so I decided to interperet! I really enjoyed writing the first chapter, so hopefully this will be great fun to write and I won't lose interest as quick as I did with my previous story. Also, excuse my poor excuse of a story description. I realise I'm not very good at writing them... And on with the show!
Part One
There's a young man with
Dirt on his hands
There's a room of sweat
Full of one night stands
A life of regret in a rock and roll band
A whole lot of debt
And a pocket full of sand

“Dickheads, c’mon!” Darren called from my right as he dragged myself and Jay past bar after bar. Strip club after strip club. When it came to him deciding where we would all get wasted, he sure as hell took his bloody time about it. It’s not as if it’s such a big damn decision! Me, personally, would’ve been happy getting a dance from one of the many curvy, half-naked blondes that were twirling round and round on their metal poles inside one of the thirty-odd clubs we’d just passed, which were closer to the taxi bay. But no, Darren was being very particular tonight about who got him going.
“Dar, you wanker, where the fuck ‘re ya takin’ us?” Jay, the damn lightweight, called to the storming ahead Darren as he stumbled around after him on the (only slightly) uneven pavement.
“Shut yer’ trap ‘n’ hurry th’fuck up!” Darren yelled back, not even bothered to look back at us as he led us down a side street, forcing us to make several lefts and a couple of rights.
“Mate, are these women you’re taking us to made of gold or summin’?” I laughed, pretty damn sober compared to Tweedle-Dum and Tweedle-Dee here. Wherever Darren was taking us better have shit-loads of booze.
“Shu’up dickhead, we’re here anyways.” I followed him towards the door, where two burly bouncers stood, arms folded as they gave us the ol’ once over.
“Alrigh’ mate?” Darren grinned, slapping one of the bouncers fondly on the arm, to which the bouncer replied with a ruffle of Darren’s curly/frizzy ginger locks,
“Yeah, alrigh’? Back again, I see.”
“Yeah, course! Brought me mates with me this time so I can show em Sugar.” Darren grinned like a fool, talking to this bouncer like they were best buddies,
“Aye, yeah, she’s something, ain’t she?” The bouncer grinned back, scratching his bald head with a massive hand,
“She is indeed, she is indeed. Maybe tonight I’ll get a lil’ sugar back at my place… from Sugar.” Darren cackled at his own poor attempt of a joke. Fucking prick.
“I’ll pretend I didn’t ‘ear that, Dar. You know the rules.” The bouncer sighed, adjusting his stance to let several guys in after his partner gave them a check,
