"Akamatsu-chan..?" Kokichi said in disbelief, unable to believe the formerly dead pianist was standing right in front of him.

"Oh, so you do recognize me." She replied in a monotone voice, her usually bright and cheerful eyes devoid of any emotion.

"Of course I do!" He awnsered with a relieved grin. After what seemed like years, he was overjoyed to see the blonde alive again.

"Why did you let me die?" She asked.

Kokichi looked shocked. "What?"

"You let me die. Why?"

"Akamatsu-chan....I would've done something to stop it if I could have, believe me!"

"Liar." She spat.

"You're nothing but a cruel, horrible liar, Kokichi. If you wanted to save me you would have. But you didn't. And you wanna know why? Because you didn't care."

"I did care! I still do!" He yelled, desperate for her to believe him.

Suddenly, Kaede's body began to change. It morphed into a nightmarish version of her, with blood dripping from her eyes and mouth. "LIAR!" The figure screamed, and lunged at Kokichi.

Terrified out of his mind, Kokichi barely dodged, and turned on his heel to run.

He could hear the former pianist's loud footsteps behind him, but he still kept running faster.

Until he bumped into something.

Kokichi fell over with a yelp, and looked around him to see that he was no longer in that dark hallway. And Kaede wasn't chasing him.

He was in a mansion, with a big staircase and a crystal chandelier.

He looked up to see who or what he had bumped into, and gasped.

"Mom..?" He said, looking at the figure of Kirumi looming over him.
