Its been about twenty minutes since we arrived and he has been pretty busy.To my luck,all I have to do is stand by his wright while Rebecca flings herself at him by his left.

"I've been wanting to ask you"Rebecca turns and sneers at me after his attention went over to some business people.I nod then she continues,"You've slept with him once,don't you share or do you want him all to your self"She glares playing with a strand of her hair and am sure my eyes aren't in their sockets anymore.

"E-Excuse me?"I choke out and she scoffs.

Well someone is being a b*cth

"That's just too selfish,you know? "She huffs catching McLienls attention that's when I noticed the people he was talking to are no longer here.

"What's too selfish?"McLien gives both of us suspicious looks.

"Umm n-nothing,we were just umm having a-a conversation.Do you w-want anything to umm drink?"I shutter changing the subject while Rebecca decides to fling herself at him.

He gives me a sceptical look knowing that am lying cos I know my stuttering definitely gave me out.

"No Anna.But I will like to have a minute with you somewhere"He raises a brow at me and I can feel Rebeccas glare deepen.

Do I really have a choice?

"Sure"I chirp nodding.

He leads me to another huge hall just near the bar.This room is just a mini version of the order hall but this is empty and has tiles instead of whatever that has.

"What is it you want to talk about?"I ask him after 3 minutes of silence.

"You looked uncomfortable back there"He says casually with his hands in his pockets as I sit down on a chair.

"Its nothing actually"I sigh fidgeting with my hands.

Am a bit nervous cos I don't want him to think I am spoiling his reputation to his rich friends and I even early heard people mistaking me for his +1 and am just a nobody.

"You look nervous"He points out.

I sigh.Here goes nothing.

I tell him about the conversation I had with Rebecca and what I overheared earlair.

"Maybe I should just go home or something....."I trail off looking at him warily.

"What is really bothering you?"He says sitting on a chair beside me.

"I don't want people to get the wrong idea and theres your reputation,I guess?"I said but it sounded more like a question.

"It isn't bothering me,then why does it bothers you?"he says giving me a soft smile.

Don't be surprised if that smile takes all of my breath away and leaves me dead.

"Really?"I ask and he nods that smile never leaving his lips.

"Then am sorry"i smile tucking the loose strands of hair from the side braid.

He was about to speak when his phone interrupts.He picks out the ringing phone and looks at the screen with a slight frown.

Giving out a frustrated sigh,he answers the phone.

"What is it?.........we'll be right back..........i dont think thats your business..........okay i'll be right back"He says rudely then hungs up.

Must be Rebecca.

"We should go then"i sigh standing up.

"I dont really want to go back there"He frowns slumping down more on his sit.
