The Beach

"Yah! Yah! Yaaaaah ~!" Jisoo exclaims aloud as she is continuously being dragged by Seokjin farther away from the restaurant.

"Can you shut up? Stop nagging would you! It's not like I'm kidnapping you or assaulting you. People might get the wrong idea and call the police!" Seokjin explains as he stopped walking and faced Jisoo, his face red from the looks people gave them.

"Can you please not shout! I'm not deaf you know!" Jisoo retorts back as she glares at the young man whose face was red from embarassment. "Also. Where are you taking me? We should have just stayed at the restaurant." Jisoo continues as she crosses her arms and pouted.

"So you could go and stare at Namjoon and call him 'oppa'?" Seokjin says softly, his tone cold but loud enough for Jisoo to hear.

"Oh my God. Are you jealous?" Jisoo teases and Seokjin rolls his eyes at her before walking away towards his parked car.

"Yah! Wait for me!" Jisoo shouts as she followed Seokjin. "Jeesh! This man needs to chill!" She continues as she ran after the young man.

"Just get in." Seokjin motions as he opened the car door for Jisoo who just giggled at Seokjin's cuteness as he pouted and avoided her gaze.

As soon as Jisoo sat comfortably in her seat, Seokjin goes to his' and starts to drive. The ride was silent as Jisoo just went to watch the houses and buildings that they've passed by while Seokjin glances at her from time to time before focusing back on the road.

A few minutes later, the car puts to a stop and Seokjin goes out to open the door for Jisoo. As soon as Jisoo steps out from the car, she shouts in glee as the view of the sea was in sight.

"Oh - my - God!" Jisoo exclaims as she clasps her hands together and Seokjin smiled for the very first in a while at her cuteness. "It's been a while since I've been out to see such beautiful sight!"

"Shall we?" Seokjin says as he hands out his hand outward which Jisoo takes as they walked hand in hand towards the sea.

The cool sea breeze plus the cloudy weather made it perfect for a day out by the shoreline. It was a secluded area, and only a few people were in sight. The two found a perfect spot under a tree that provided the perfect shade for them to sit at.

Jisoo takes out her phone and takes a snap of the sea and a couple of selfies before she moves closer to Seokjin and takes a picture with him.

"Delete that. I look ugly." Seokjin tells Jisoo who just stuck her tongue out and laughs at him. "Let's take another one." He says as he gets Jisoo's phone from her grasp and poses for another picture. "There. Perfect!" He says as he gives Jisoo her phone back who just rolled her eyes at him.

"I liked the first one better." Jisoo says and both of them laugh at each other.

"Hey Jisoo." Seokjin says all of a sudden, making Jisoo look at him. "Why won't you call me oppa?" Making Jisoo chuckle at his question.

"Do you want me to call you that?" Jisoo asks as she tilts her head to the side in confusion.

"Maybe?" Seokjin says as he averted his gaze away from her and focused on watching a bunch of kids running by the shore.

"Yah!" Jisoo calls Seokjin making him look at her before continuing. "Notice me Seokjin oppa!" She says while doing some aegyo and Seokjin turns bright red before clearing his throat.

"Nevermind. Don't call me that." He says while poking Jisoo's cheeks.

"Why not?" Jisoo pouts and crosses her arms before moving away from Seokjin's constant poking.

"Because it makes my heart beat a lot faster than it should." Seokjin says as he stares deeply at Jisoo's eyes. A few seconds later, they both got awkward and looked away from each other, blushing hard.

Seokjin clears his throat and rubs his nape. "I'm sorry about that -"

"Don't be." Jisoo looks at him and smiles. "It's fine Seokjin OPPA" Jisoo continues while putting emphasis to the 'oppa' part.

"Aigoo~ you're just making fun of me." Seokjin sighs and covers his face making Jisoo laugh a bit louder and nudging him on his side. "Anyways. Let me give you a ride home. I think my heart already had enough 'uwu'." He stands up and pulls Jisoo along him back to the car.

The ride home was basically silent but the both of them were all smiles. Once in a while, Seokjin would tell Jisoo some of his infamous Dad jokes that would make Jisoo laugh aloud or Jisoo would try and imitate the sounds of animals, which made her look adorable in Seokjin's eyes.

As soon as they've reached the Kim's residence, Seokjin, being the gentleman he is, once again opens the car door for Jisoo.

"So. Uhm, let's do this some other time again?" Seokjin asks as he rubs his nape again, a habit he does when he feels shy or nervous. Jisoo looks at him and smiles before tiptoeing and landing a soft chaste kiss on his left cheek making Seokjin red and bite his lip.

"This won't definitely be the last time. Thank you so much for today Seokjin oppa!" Jisoo says before rushing inside, leaving Seokjin in a daze because it's been a while since he had smiled, had fun, felt his heart swell and had felt butterflies in his stomach. Could it be, that he has fallen in love on their very first date?
