We pulled up to a giant ass house.

"Ladies, welcome home!" David quipped.

Mist and I gazed out of the limo window.

"This place is huge!" I exclaimed.

"A girl sure could get lost in here..." Mist whispered.

"Speaking of lost, we love to play hide and seek here." David beamed.

  "We?" Mist and I questioned.

"Well, when my family comes over we like to play." David explained.

  "Anyone here now?" Mist asked.

"Shouldn't be. We're not ones for surprises." David shrugged.

We all climbed out of the limo and headed to the trunk.

Mist grabbed two bags and I grabbed two bags. David grabbed his bag that he took to the Alpha meeting.

David walked to his front door and twisted the knob.  "Now before you go in I must warn you, it's a bit too clean."

Mist and I looked at each other.

'Too clean? Never heard of that.'

'I wish our room was a bit too clean.'  Mist laughed.

I laughed as well.

David led us up a grand set of stairs. We all walked down a hallway and to the last door to the left.

"This is where you two will stay."

"Not in your room?" Mist asked.

"I would hate to rush the two of you into to something you may not be comfortable doing."

'I wouldn't mind sharing a room with him.'  I thought.

Mist turned to me wide eyed, jaw hanging. "Samantha!" She shrieked.

I felt my face go warm.

We set our bags down in our room.

David led us back down the stairs and down another hall. "This is the dining room. Doors are always open, there's always food sitting on the table."

He wasn't lying, at the moment there were a dozen cupcakes sitting in a perfect mountain at the center of the table. Moving down there was a cake. one layer all chocolate. In blue frosting it said 'WELCOME HOME DAVID'.

"My head chef, Catalina, will take any orders you girls request and everyone will whip it up to perfection!" David beamed.

"This, hazz been an Amah-zing day!" Mist exclaimed while brushing her teeth.

I sat on my bed looking at my laptop.

Mist spit out the froth that had been gathering in her mouth. "What're you doing over there?"

  I didn't look up.

Mist walked over towards me. She gasped.

  I turned to her.

"You're internet stalking him?!" mist exclaimed.

  "I just wanna know somethings."

"Somethings that you can't just ask him?" Mist quipped.

"I mean I could ask, but i don't wanna play 20 questions." I replied. "I'll just get some info now, and talk to him about it later. You know, to see if he's hiding anything."

Mist rolled her eyes. "Woah,  he was a model?!"

"Darn tootin'!"

"I don't know why said it like I'm surprised." Mist laughed.

I shook my head. "Apparently he hasn't modeled in 4 years though."

"So that 4 pack may have upgraded?" Mist beamed.

"Or degraded." I countered.

Mist pulled her faulty glasses off. "I think you need these more than I do."

I pushed them away.

There was a knock on the door.

Mist and I looked at each other. "Come in." We finally said.

  David stepped inside.

'Oh great...' I thought.

'Hey genius, close the laptop.' Mist quipped.

I quickly shut it. 'I could've done more nonchalantly...'

"What're you two beauties up to?" David asked.

"Chillin'" Mist answered.

David nodded. "And you?" He said turning to me."

I looked up at him. "Internet stuff."

  David stared into my eyes.

'Internet stuff? Are you kidding?! What is wrong with me?!'

"What kind of internet stuff?" David pressed on.

"The usual celebrity drama research." I replied.

"Hm, I didn't see you as the type to care..." David trailed off.

"That's 'cause she's not." Mist chimed in.

  "Mist!" I hissed.

Mist shrugged.

"Does that mean you were lying to me?" David asked with a smile.

He has such a charming smile. "Maybe, maybe not."

"Well, I came to tell you lunch is ready."

"Food?!" Mist and I exclaimed.

David laughed. "Yep,I had my chef make the two of you a meat lovers pizza, each!"

Mist and I looked at each other.

'I told you he's perfect!' Mist cried.

I rolled my eyes.

David kinda just watched for my reaction as we entered the kitchen.

I smiled to let him know I enjoyed the little surprise.

Mist and I sat next to each other and David sat on the other side of the kitchen island. Two meat lovers pizzas sat on the table waiting patiently to be devoured.

I looked across the table, David had nothing.

"Where's your food?" Mist asked, taking a bite of her first slice of pizza. "Damn this is good!"

"Oh, I'm not hungry." David answered, looking around frantically. "But please, don't let my absence of food stop you from enjoying yours."

"You don't gotta tell me twice!" Mist smiled.

I picked up a slice and bit into it. "This is delicious!" I exclaimed.

  David smiled.

"I'm getting the sense that your chefs weren't the only ones making the pizzas?" I quipped.

  David smirked at me.

My jaw dropped. "You actually made this?!"

He turned a little red. "Yeah." He replied scratching his head.

I smiled to myself. This is such a sweet gesture.

My phone buzzed on the table.

Delena: Hey Sis how's it goin'?

  "Who's that?" Mist asked.

"Delena, she wants to know what's up."

Me: Nothin' much, just chillin' with my mate and Mist.

I set my phone down and grabbed for another piece of pizza.

"How would you girls feel about... Meeting my lion?"
